Our room was clean and comfortable, we had a balcony that you could sit and watch the zipline people if we wanted to. Our beds slept very well and the curtains cut out all the outdoor light, slept right through sunrise twice. The outside pool area was fun, my son really like the slide. We didn't use the indoor pool. There was a place to have breakfast but it was closed due to the pandemic. They told us to take our room key to the restaurant next door for a 10% discount, oh man it was a feast. Some of the rooms here are pet friendly, we don't have a dog, but there was a fenced in place to walk the dog. and a separate place for people that wanted to smoke , away from the pool, which I really appreciated

The rooms have cute furniture made from wood. Hotel is older and needs some updating, but was clean. The outside pool is great for kids, with a splash pad, kiddie pool, and a pool with a slide. My grandkids loved it. There also is an indoor pool that we never used, but would've been great if weather was poor. Also, there was a mix up with our room and they worked it out with a bigger room free of charge. Great customer service! We got two rooms for the price of one. They didn't have breakfast, but they told us we could get 10% off of the restaurant next door. There are tons of places you can choose to eat at in pigeon forge, so it was no big deal.

Friendly place to stay. Check in and out is easy. Rooms are clean with a lot of space. Beds are comfortable and clean. Kids play area is fun for my kids and I like that they have an indoor outdoor pool. Workers at the desk and cleaning are always nice and polite.

This hotel has a perfect location for where we wanted to be and we have stayed here in the past. But this place has went down hill fast! The hallways and room looked so dirty and lots of stains. The smell was terrible! We were only staying one night and didn't plan on staying in the room alot so we didn't make a big deal. But after we went to bed we heard a really loud noise from the room above us filling up there jacuzzi and then we heard a dripping noise and got up and saw that the ceiling was dripping onto our floor. So we called the front desk and they said to put a towel down. Then in a few minutes it got worse and was dripping all around the light fixture which made us very nervous to stay in that room. So we called back and they said they would move us across the hall so we had to pack up everything and move across the hall which was an even worse room so then we had to walk up the stairs at 11:30 in our pajamas with all our luggage to a different room. We got up early and left because we just wanted to be out of there. We found out afterward that they are closing the hotel in a couple of months so there aren't putting any money into maintenance. So don't waste your money on this place because they don't care if you give bad reviews or complain because they are tearing it down soon!
