Our reservation was messed up, but the front desk was nice enough to move us to a non-smoking room. We don't really care for hotels that have doors opening to the outside anyway. It was clean. The heat/air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was fair.

The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly, beds are comfy and a rather large hot breakfast selection, that was good! However, the other guests were horrible! Loud, and very unfriendly! One car, staying several rooms away from myself, would continuously take up 2 parking...More

We reserved the room online. Only needed one room. Instead of giving us the room we reserved the hotel created another reservation when we got there. So they charged us both rooms. We didn't know this till we received credit card bill. Even though this was Baymont fault the manager Sanjay Patel would not refund the cost

"I was on 2nd floor near middle of building, it was quiet. Was in-between 2 stair cases, maybe that helped"
