We have stayed at Landmark Inn for the past 6 years. They have updated the rooms, the place is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Its so relaxing after being out and about ,coming back and sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and listening to the river flowing by. Sylas is awesome in the office area. The cleaning ladies do a good job and check to see if you need anything . the pool is always clean and inviting.

We found Landmark after leaving Black Bear Inn in Gatlinburg due to mold on the wall. So glad we did, wish we’d found it earlier. It’s an older hotel but with new mattresses and floors. The view was so relaxing! Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Stayed here for three very long uncomfortable nights while visiting Dollywood. The Landmark is very outdated and dirty with uncomfortable beds. Even the toiletries were ridiculous with tiny little bars of soap and shampoo you couldn't use until you ripped the little plastic container open with your teeth. Do yourself a favor! Get a room at the Motel-6. Compared to the Landmark, you will be in total luxury!

There was a hypodermic needle (full) under the bed pillow. We asked for a refund. We still have not seen that in our bank account. We ended up staying in Knoxville. Over 30 minutes from our vacation spot. Landmark Inn acted as if this was not a big deal.

I usually visit there a lot for the past 7 years. I stayed there last night and wasn't there 3 hours decided to lay down around 12 within a hour I was woken up by bed bug bites all over my body to the point my arm started swelling so bad I called the office asked for a refund was told no of course so I packed my things and left returned the key to the office. I'm still at the er because my arm is swollen so bad and in so much pain it's twice the size of my other arm and yes I have pictures of the bites and the bedding. I will never stay there again. EVER.....SAVE UR SOME ITCHING AND A ER VISIT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
