The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, the only problem was the pillows were very hard. I always take my own but this time I forgot mine. We wanted a Queen bed but could only get the standard, which is small for a 6' 4" person. The only reason we couldn't get it...

Our room was very nice and quiet and as usual very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place very highly. to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet town. We don't care for the noise of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge so Townsend fits our needs very well.

The Tally Ho Inn is a good place to stay if you want to be close to Cade's Cove in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The clerk was just wonderful inviting and warm. We went with a jacuzzi equipped room a must have after hiking to Abrams Falls in Cade's Cove. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi would not turn on. They...

We took the "budget" room, which meant we didn't have a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, etc. However, we had double windows on both sides of the room, a wood floor, and tons of charm. It was quite lovely. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. The staff was amazing as well.

Very nice family owned hotel. We have stayed here many times since the early 90's. The owners continue to improve the property and it is always well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We usually ask for a room in the back as they are quiet and have nice views. We had no problem with the wifi. The staff...
