We stayed 2 nights and had a fabulous time. Our first experience with RV camping. The campground is very clean and well maintained. There is abundant staff who were extremely kind and helpful. Shout out to Adam, you are awesome!!!!! The bathhouse was very nice and clean. We will definitely be back. Great playground, convenient laundry, Cowboy Tubin' shuttle!

This is definately where you want to stay if you don't want to deal with the tourist traps in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge etc! Townsend was great, it's peaceful is 12 miles from Cades Cove, where we saw 2 bears! you can rent tubes to go on the water for $10 for the whole day. We stayed in DC7, which...

My husband and I bought a new camper and wanted to try it out for a night, so we and stayed at the KOA. It's a bit pricey to stay there but it was very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the spaces are not so closed together that it's hard to back in your camper. WIfi and cable...

What can I say. Its on the beautiful Little River, its spotless, and the sites are laid out well. Sure some of the interior sites are very close, but thats to be expected when you stay at a KOA. With that being said they have really arranged them so that you get the most privacy possible. The sites themselves are...

Terrible customer service. Gary was especially rude. LOUD music and events in the pavilion into the evening that were so loud my camper was shaking and we couldn't sit outside at our campfire. Won't come back.

We visited KOA Townsend and stayed in one of the cabins. We really enjoyed our stay. The campground was very peaceful, and the staff was great. Our cabin was very clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The whole facility was well maintained. We would definitely like to return.

My wife and I have camped in Townsend KOA for several years as we attend Old Timers Day festivities in Townsend. The campground and restroom facilities are superb. The manager and staff are the best. Over the years we have been very pleased. Highly recommend this campground.

We stayed in deluxe cabin 10, spotless, very cozy, grill, fire pit, this one was a studio, with double bed and a set of bunks, bathroom with hair dryer, small fridge even had a keurig, great get away for the week end, you can even order fire wood and they deliver for just over 5.00, really nice staff. Would recommend
