Both cuisine and service were exceptional. The “barn” was cozy and comfortable with a large stone fireplace. The décor was elegant and simple, special without being stuffy. The server brought to the table a wine selection the size of a phone book. Also, I was presented with a special vegetarian menu to select from. Our servers Austin and Colby were... More

This is the most memorable place I have ever been. Everything about it is first class. There are thirteen Lexus cars ready to take you where ever you want to go,The employees, food, and cabins are top notch. We were there in the fall and the colors were beautiful. Kind of pricey but worth it.

We went with other couples and no kids. It was very fun. We rented a house that was lovely and remote. Well equipped and appointed. All bedrooms of equal size and quality. Awesome porch. We ate at the Barn every night and never got bored. The ratio of land to guest is unmatched. If you are from a big city... More

Started the days with wonderful breakfasts, hiked on mountain trails right from the hotel, stayed in a great room nestled in the trees, fished in local rivers while enjoying the outdoors and box lunches. Finished the days with excellent dinners. We called ahead to confirm fishing availability. I highly recommend Blackberry Farm.

This place is amazing! I would never have know it was there or that it would be one of the best high end resorts just outside of Knoxville, TN. The grounds are spectacular, the hiking trails are available for all levels and the many amenities available are mind blowing! Don't miss the spay and serenity relaxation room. If you are... More

A relaxed atmosphere where there is attention paid to every detail. The grounds and views are gorgeous. The rooms are warm and comfortable and decorated like none other. The service is impeccable yet unobtrusive. The place is known for its farm-to-table cuisine which we found to be tasty but maybe a little too over-thought. The wine cellar and corresponding wine... This is a lovely place. However it is a mixed bag. On the plus side the accommodations are terrific. The service is also excellent. On the negative side the food is not as good. We ate in the barn and it had loads of ambiance. However, our four course meal was just OK. There were too many dishes that seemed... More

Bottom line - I will be back. Looking for a relaxing, low-key but luxurious place to spend a few days, and based on glowing reviews from two different friends at work, I booked a 3 night stay. My plans: eat some good food, do some hiking, and visit the spa. From the minute I was on property, I felt relaxed... More

An amazing place. Come hungry as the food is out of this world and the wine list world class. The rooms are beautiful. Grounds even more so. It's not inexpensive by a long shot, but you get what you pay for.

Blackberry is a beautiful place. We have gone there 2 years in a row on a work related trip. The food is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful and the activities are fun (riding, shooting, fly fishing, kayaking, hiking). I will say that two years in a row they were unwilling to give us an extended late check out (2 hours)... More
