We were one of only two couples in residence this week. This makes for a more relaxed stay as the owner has time to visit and identify the best spots to check out. We lucked out in that they were doing the library book sale at the fairgrounds (bye, bye, $16.00) but i hit on a half dozen that I...

This is a quiet, comfortable B&B, very good breakfast, and owner Steve is fun and interesting as well as full of excellent suggestions for unusual places to visit and eat. Am looking forward to staying there and enjoying the 2017 Spring Swirl in downtown Brenham.

Stayed one night Oct 2016, breakfast was superb, staff and host (Steve) were wonderful, this B&B setting is spectacular. There is a pool, a hot tub, and dense landscaping which creates great privacy. Buildings and extensive grounds were neat and tidy, room was very clean. Mattress in library room was extremely comfortable.

This is the second time my wife and I have staid at Farview. I would go back again. It is a good location for the Roundtop Antiques show. The rooms are quiet and breakfast was verry good. The owner is very friendly.

We got two rooms and the carriage house for a small family gathering/birthday celebration. The Far View Inn is so charming. The decor was lovely and Steve, our host, could not have been more accommodating. We all loved the grounds and many little path ways to explore. And we made good use of the large outdoor kitchen just off the...

I love this B&B. I have stayed there before, last year, with my partner for his birthday celebration. More recently, I went with a girlfriend, for a brief getaway. We stayed in one of the pool suites and had the whole place to ourselves. We had a wonderful time. Just what I needed. Quiet, nice pool area, chatting and floating...

The grounds are beautiful and the host are wonderful. While our room was small (and we knew that when we reserved it) we loved our stay here. We took advantage of the pool and outdoor kitchen TV to watch football. Great place to stay and would consider staying here again.

What can I say about Steve & Linda that hasn't been said before? Friendly, interesting and interested. We were greeted on arrival and it never went down hill. It was rainy so we didn't get a chance to walk the property, but what we saw was beautiful. The inside is immaculate and tasteful. My honey was very pleased with room...

Stayed here for one night with family members. The setting of the B&B is spectacular; although in the heart of Brenham, it is completely secluded in a large property with many huge trees and lush vegetation. Unfortunately the room was nothing special. We stayed in the Carriage House which has a queen bed in the main room with a sitting...

I had a chance to stay at Far View over the 4th of July holiday and had a wonderful peaceful time. I was looking for a B&B for a solo trip to decompress and Far View fit the bill. I met a lovely couple from Houston (Katie and Shane) on my first morning and had lovely conversation. This is the...
