We stayed at this B&B 11 years ago on our wedding night and decided to come back this year to celebrate our anniversary. The new owners, Denise and Bob, are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are immaculate. The house is like stepping back into time but with modern amenities. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is wonderful. The...

Our family of 16 had a wonderful stay for Thanksgiving and Aggie Football. The owners are amazing hosts and the history of the home and family are so interesting. The home has been updated and the attention to detail is apparent. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back. One of the best B&Bs we have visited.

We stayed at the Milton Parker House for the TAMU v UTSA game. The house has been beautifully restored but has all the modern conveniences, including wi-fi and a TV in each room to watch any other team you might be interested in. Innkeepers Denise and Bob Barbier, Aggie alums themselves, go out of their way to make your stay...

We recently stayed at the Milton Parker B&B for the A&M, Ole Miss game. It was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing and sheets were extra soft!!! I agree that Deniese and Bob Barier are excellent innkeepers. The history of the old home was fascinating. I would HIGHLY recommend this B&B. We will definitely visit again.

We recently stayed at the Milton Parker B&B for the A&M vs. Tennessee football weekend. It exceeded our expectations in every way! The home itself is so well maintained and beautiful, with a large sitting area and beautiful rooms (one on the first floor, four on the second floor). High ceilings, beautiful details and historic touches, and hosts that bent...

Deniese and Bob Barier are excellent innkeepers. We stayed there the first weekend of September for the UCLA Game. Aggies 31 UCLA 24. Ten of us with four bedrooms up and one down enjoyed the long parlor filled with just the right amount of antiques. We also used the wrap around porch. Especially enjoyable was the piano under the stairway....

We have stayed in every B&B in Bryan/College Station over the years and this is one of our very favorites. A wonderfully restored Eastlake mansion, full is rich history. Our innkeeper Van is a warm gracious host and a great chef as well We love this place#

My husband and I took his mother to College Station to see our daughter march in the Aggie Band. Grandma was thrilled to see her little Aggie and our stay at the Milton Parker Home was the icing on the cake. The rooms were large and warm, spa tubs in both rooms were welcomed because it was a cold weekend....

Stayed at this victorian B&B the weekend of my sons graduation. Beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree in every room. Breakfast was delicious. If you are looking for a unique and different experience, rather then the overpriced hotels in College Station this is a definite place to consider.

If you want to experience a truly lovely home and a respite from the usual accomodations, then the Milton Parker Home is for you. The innkeeper and owner was so gracious and accomodating to my ever need that you feel as if you are a guest in his home. The home built in 1885 has been meticuliously restored to its...
