I'm a bit late in writing this review but my husband and I spent Valentines weekend at Circle H. We stayed in the corner room (Victorian) which has floor to ceiling sliding doors on two sides so we had a view of the lake on one side and the lake and the deer on the other. The staff was incredibly...

We attended a wedding at the Circle H Lodge in April. It was beautiful the house is wonderful I will defiantly going back to stay in the b&b. There is a swimming pool and it is next to the lake. It would be great for a family get together.

This was our "return to Texas Hill Country" dream come true. Christina had the door open and the soft music on to greet us . Immediately we were made to feel at home . We chose the El Jefe( master ) - the view of the lake from our room was beautiful. The bed and bath are special. We were...

Thinking back on our Texas holiday, the one image that really stands out is watching the sun set from the screened in porch at Circle H with chilled out music playing and a glass of wine in hand. We loved this place - for two of the three nights we stayed there, we had it to ourselves, and it was...

The wife and I decided to stay more local for our honeymoon, yet we wanted something romantic, unique, and "right" for our honeymoon experience. We were told Inks Lake was a constant-level lake, and we've discovered how rare that is with the drought conditions. So I researched "B&B's on Inks Lake" and immediately zeroed in on this one. As I...

This house was incredible... I have stayed at a lot of different lake houses and resorts and this was by far the best I have had the opportunity to stay at. Great layout with lots of room for everyone to have their own private space. The common areas were great for hanging out as a group and also provided for...

Top notch Bed & Breakfast getaway. Great location on Inks Lake. Excellent food and accommodations. The Great Room will take your breath away, as will the lake views. Very distinctive and well appointed decor in each room. On site pool and lake activities. The chef is excellent. Will definitely come back!

We had an incredible experience this weekend. Circle H Lodge is more than a bed and breakfast, it is an experience. The Lodge itself is awe inspiring. The view is fantastic and the food is a five star restaurant. I had the best steak l've had in years and the apple crisp tart with cinnamon ice cream finished me off....

We're not B&B people generally but this was right in the center of an area we wanted to explore so we took the chance. I called on a Thursday to book for that Friday and Saturday night. Britain answered the phone and was very helpful in helping us choose a room for me and my two boys (7 & 9)....

“We loved the Victorian room with its 180 degree views of the lake.”

“The Victorian is great for the lake views and screened-in porch. The El Jefe is absolutely "sexy" with it's tall ceilings, stone and wood work and huge bathroom. It's the master bedroom of the lodge. The Zebra Room also had a great direct-on view of the lake. The Loft would be great for large families or the kids if it's a family reunion.”
