This was my third time staying at the property since our child has started to attend West Texas A&M University. All I can say is that I give this place 2 Thumbs Up like always! Staff was friendly and courteous from Check-in to Housekeeping, and Breakfast. Manager Christine is especially a treat, she really cares about the guests at her...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 14 February 2017

Original room smelled of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk and were immediately moved to a new, fresh smelling room, no questions asked. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was hot and delicious with many choices. Set up of the food was a bit cramped with the most popular items all in the corner.

Really just a very poor Best Western. While the room was OK, the door was knocked of the hinges to the laundry room. Someone kept leaving the door to a storage room wide open though it was a shambles. There were leaves and dead flowers on the landing of the stairs for all four nights I stayed. Without question, it...

This hotel was just ok. We thought we ask for a king non smoking. We got a king with a queen bed in there also. Which was ok. Didn't hurt a thing. The tub was kinda old and stained but it worked ok other than pressure in shower was too light for my liking. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable...

Location to WTAMU is about 2 blocks, popular hotel for any event in Canyon, Tx. Clean room, friendly staff, I didn't use wifi so not sure, but plenty of TV channels and a decent self serve breakfast. We would stay again especially during football season, and nothing really stands out , no real negatives either a decent value for the...

Nice and clean. During check in the young man was very nice and professional. Check in and check out was seamless. Room was clean and quite. Gave me a late checkout with no issues. Pillows were too small and uncomfortable but did the job.

Stayed 3 nights with my brothers on a guy's trip to the canyon. Had stayed here previously with my wife and 3 kids. The King/Queen suite room is a great layout - two areas and plenty of space - lot's of square footage and a nice L-shape. Room was clean and quiet during our stay. Price was right. Perfect location...

Don't expect helpfulness, The front desk clerk in the evening seemed bothered to have to do her job and check me in. Then when the room had no soap, shampoo, kleenex or toilet paper she proceeded to tell me they were out and not offer any other solution .

This hotel was quite comfy and was very close to Palo Duro Canyon. The breakfast was good - especially liked the blueberry waffles. The coffee could have been a bit better. And, the vending machines needed refilling especially the diet sodas. The pool was also fun!
