The hotel was okay. The room was nice, but the inside of the hotel, like the hallway and the decorations, were a little outdated. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you are looking for a place to sleep and will not be in the hotel that much, I recommend this place.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Our stay was on the first floor. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and very helpful. Good location close to TAMU. Hotel has full service bar with a very helpful manager (I believe his name was Jarrett.) Prices in the restaurant were reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff (especially Audrey) prides themselves in taking care of the guests. They do whatever it takes to make your stay the best it can be. From taking care of you if your not feeling well to getting laundry out and back the same day....The staff at Four Points in College Station puts the guest first.

I vsited for a short trip there and was pleasantly surprised by the most friendly staff. They were so helpful and happy.. They made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and great. I wasn't going to hang out in the hotel but met some really fun people in the restaurant who fight fires for a living! Had...

The main elevator is not working is very inconvenient with only one elevator for a six story hotel. The elevator that is still available is super slow even on its best day. The shower door doesn't close tight enough so water ends up puddling out onto the floor. The sink doesnt drain well and the hot water only come out...

Staff was very cordial--polite during several exchanges. The room had a "mold" smell to it and in general felt dated. Other than a small sink area, the restroom/shower was a high point. Towels were also dated---"old" in feel. I had a very difficult time with key cards--had to get these re-programmed five times over my three day stay.

The hotel is located very close to campus and numerous restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our complimentary buffet, the food was outstanding! The rooms smell a little weird but that was not much of a concern. We greatly appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, even with 7 students asking to use one microwave at a time the lovely front desk...

The Four Points has lots going for it; it's a short drive to A&M campus, there's tons of shopping and dining nearby and the price is right. This is not a luxury hotel but you do get a clean, comfortable and quiet room. There's a restaurant on premises and a small bar that is open reasonably late. There's a large...

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Very nice amenities and friendly and knowledgeable front desk people (mckenzie and John). The web connection was slow and the elevators was a small inconvenience. I did not eat dinner but breakfast was very good though the server was a little overbearing and wouldn't let me eat. I will stay again.

Good afternoon, Thank you for sharing your most recent stay with me. I was happy to see that McKenzie and John were able to wow you with their service. That is each of their individual intentions. We apologize for the inconvenience of both the internet and elevator. We have fixed our issue of speed of internet, but unfortunately the elevator...

Stayed one night for a swim meet my daughter was swimming in at Texas A & M University. Walking into the lobby is a bit of a surprise, not welcoming and no furniture. Looked like a dump when I walked in. Elevator broken. Room o.k. Beds comfortable but how the heck can you sleep when you can hear the person's...
