I had a great experience at the Sheraton Dallas. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would specifically like to mention Jacqueline Clawson who went extra mile to ensure that my special dietary needs were taken care of and provided me support and care when I was not well. I will keep going back to Sheraton Dallas because of...

Gosh, where do I start. This is an old, tired hotel. I had a top floor room, very noisy. Chiller units rumbled all night. No place to move, 98% occupancy. Wifi very hard to connect to on a daily basis, had to reset my connector, after waiting 45 minutes on hold with third party tech support. No water one morning,...

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a sales conference. Good points - The staff were very helpful and pleasant To be improved - Very tired looking rooms in the South Tower; breakfast and lunch were very average; our gala night dinner was terrible (a few of us had to go out for dinner). Add to this the fire alarm...

Good location in Dallas, but the rooms and furnitures are very old fashion and need a facelift. I have stayed in several Sheraton in the past and this hotel didnt feel like a Sheraton standard. The staff was nice and get a 5!

Stayed here for 5 nights on a business trip. Hotel is fine, personnel is very friendly and helpfull. But the hotel itself is old. everything works but there are cracks. The hotel needs some improvement in hotelroom furniture. The stay itself was ok, breakfast is ok. The beds are perfect!!! Had a room beside the lift. That is not a...

Let's see where do we begin? I was a guest here for a conference and my first impression was that it was a nice place close to the heart of the city. After checking in I noticed the condition of the room was poor. What do I mean by that? Well it's dated. Seriously so. The carpet was old, the...

It is a very well located Hotel very close to downtown. The staff is nice and helpful and breakfast is ok. I stayed in the south tower and the room was old fashioned wasn't expecting from a Sheraton. The center and north towers are more recent so my advice is to ask to stay on these 2 towers.

I stayed here in Jan 17, for a conference. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location of the hotel is a big plus. However, there isn't much around if you are looking for evening entertainment. Fortunately, their Sports Bar is spacious, they offer food (the usual stuff, but of a good standard) and the atmosphere is good. The service I...

Starwood platinum member. I visited recently for a business trip and the hotel was full for a variety of meetings. Check in was easy but no recognition of platinum status, no offer of points at check in, no upgrade. OK - no biggie. Room was nice and quiet. Very nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Rooms are slightly behind the times in the bathroom areas with damaged tubs and old countertops. With multiple tours they can be extremely busy with conventions but overall a nice place to stay to visit the majority of the city.
