Beautiful hotel - very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Rooms need additional mirrors outside bathroom and do not provide hair dryers. Does offer mini fridge. No pool on premises. If you want to swim, you will be directed to a location off-site. If you drive, the parking charge is very high - $24 per day. very centrally located -...

Dear Guest, Our management and staff appreciate the praise and kind words. We are delighted that we served you well. The hair dryers are located in the guest room closets. We apologize that you did not find the one in your room. Thank you for your review. Best regards, David

The Adolphus is a beautiful hotel in downtown Dallas only a block from the flagship Neiman-Marcus and conveniently located for the cultural district. The lobby is entirely too dark, and the $24/ day valet parking rather steep. The acclaimed French Room was sold out, so I regrettably missed the Downton Abbey-themed dinner. The service at the sports bar was very...

This was the first time I stayed in this hotel, staff went beyond helpful and courteous, the lobby was beautiful and the room was clean and large. Breakfast buffet was super good. I love all the restaurants that are around this hotel also

Title says it all--public rooms are scrumptious. My room was quite large, if a bit dated. Has shower/tub combo which I hate. Ok plus breakfast. Very helpful staff. Location OK, but in Dallas there is no great location.

This hotel is gorgeous inside. The architectural elements alone are worth the trip! The executive rooms are large and comfy with lovely decor. Service is spot on. Fabulous Grand Piano in lobby is a must see along with the art work on the walls. You have to make time for the French Room Restaurant it is divine! Love the downtown...

Dear Guest, You are most kind. It means so much to our staff to receive such high praise and appreciation. The French Room is, indeed, exquisite. Incidentally, The French Room just earned the AAA Five Diamond Award for the 25th consecutive year. No other restaurant in Texas has earned this distinction. Only a handful of dining rooms in North America...

I have stayed here three times on business in the last six months and have been pleased every time. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are nice, quiet with good beds, and the breakfasts are very good, great coffee. It's very expensive to park your car overnight (this isn't Manhattan) but otherwise a good experience.

We stayed at the Adolphus in Dallas, Texas for the second time a couple of days ago and it was so comfortable and charming. We had originally planned to stay at a different hotel, but we didn't have a good experience there so we decided not to stay. We dropped in to the Adolphus without a reservation and they welcomed...

My 3rd time staying at the Adolphus over the past 10 years for a business convention. It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. It is over 100 years old so don't expect the fancy rooms and amenities of new hotels. If I had a choice I would stay in a newer hotel. The staff was extremely friendly!...

Went to Dallas for business and stayed here. I thought it was supposed to be a really nice hotel. Aside from the person who checked me in, the service was terrible.
