The Westin is a beautiful hotel. I stayed there and was given club level as I got there late and thought they upgraded me for free until I got the bill. We had access to the club level which was not worth the extra money....More

Dear Channa C,
Thank you for choosing our hotel and taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased that you thought our hotel was beautiful, but we're sorry we did not live up to your expectations and for the issues with housekeeping, and...More
What an awesome location for a business meeting with your family/spouse. While you are in the meeting your family has easy access to the Galleria. The facility was great, the rooms are immaculate and the staff was exceptional. We used the banquet department and the...More
Very nice hotel easy access to Galleria mall, however the parking is like playing musical chairs, most of the people parking in the hotel parking lot, were ppl who were shopping at the mall. I also was charged for two connecting rooms once we got...More

We initially chose the Westin Galleria for its close proximity to the mall and the American Girl store (we were there to celebrate my daughters 9th bday). From the moment we arrived, we knew it would be a memorable stay. Before even putting our car...More

I don't know about others and their experiences. Most people seemed like they were in groups and more worried about weddings and conferences. I just know that we were very disappointed. It was literally one thing after another. The valet almost caused us to wreck our new Lexus. The front desk acted like they couldn't care less. The AC was not on in our room (and this is Dallas so it was like walking into a sauna). There was no hot tub (we were celebrating our anniversary so this was disappointing). The escalator between the second and third floor was not working. The chairs in the room were literally like sitting on concrete. Even the toilet paper was like the cheap kind we had in the Army. I honestly have no idea how this is rated the 6th best hotel out of 205 in Dallas. It has to be due to the Galleria and not the hotel itself.
