I can't rave enough about our stay at The Westin Galleria with the American Girl Doll Package. My 6 year-old daughter was beyond excited when we arrived at the room and she had a large American Girl Doll bag awaiting along with a beautiful plate...More
My daughter wanted to stay here for her 9th birthday because of the American Girl package, and they did not disappoint. We were to eat in the Galleria for most meals. The price was very reasonable for a Saturday night. The hotel breakfast was priced...More
My family and I stayed in the Westin Hotel at the Dallas Galleria for a 2 day shopping, eating, fun time together. The hotel has access to the mall in which you never even go outside - in case you don't like the hot, cold,...More
This hotel was amazing. The rooms were outstanding. Very clean and large in size. Amazing views with nice sitting area to look from. Only downside was parking, parking lot is to small and would need to park in the mall parking garage which is not...More
The front desk was friendly and the location is central to North Dallas and Downtown. Always a pleasure to stay there. If you do not use Valet you can park in the garage very close to the hotel and walk right into the Galleria Mall.

I don't know about others and their experiences. Most people seemed like they were in groups and more worried about weddings and conferences. I just know that we were very disappointed. It was literally one thing after another. The valet almost caused us to wreck our new Lexus. The front desk acted like they couldn't care less. The AC was not on in our room (and this is Dallas so it was like walking into a sauna). There was no hot tub (we were celebrating our anniversary so this was disappointing). The escalator between the second and third floor was not working. The chairs in the room were literally like sitting on concrete. Even the toilet paper was like the cheap kind we had in the Army. I honestly have no idea how this is rated the 6th best hotel out of 205 in Dallas. It has to be due to the Galleria and not the hotel itself.
