Overpriced. Unfriendly bartenders. Amazed at the riff raff at this hotel considering the price. Got no sleep due to people above and people running and yelling in halls. Looked for swimming pool (clearly dressed for swimming) and passed two hotel employees that didn't so much...More
Unbelievably beneath what we expect, from check-in to check-out!
I booked a corner suite with executive lounge privileges through their own booking site, not some cheap online reseller, first of all. Then to be told at check in, at 3pm the room was not ready...More
The lobby is beautiful, and the location is excellent. The room was nicely appointed, but very noisy near the elevator. The toilet was running in the middle of the night, which woke me up. Pulling up the flush lever fixed the issue until the next...More

I don't know about others and their experiences. Most people seemed like they were in groups and more worried about weddings and conferences. I just know that we were very disappointed. It was literally one thing after another. The valet almost caused us to wreck our new Lexus. The front desk acted like they couldn't care less. The AC was not on in our room (and this is Dallas so it was like walking into a sauna). There was no hot tub (we were celebrating our anniversary so this was disappointing). The escalator between the second and third floor was not working. The chairs in the room were literally like sitting on concrete. Even the toilet paper was like the cheap kind we had in the Army. I honestly have no idea how this is rated the 6th best hotel out of 205 in Dallas. It has to be due to the Galleria and not the hotel itself.
