We stayed there for 6 days and had ZERO house keeping! We asked EVERYDAY to have our room cleaned while we were at our soccer tournament games...and EVERYDAY we came back to NO HOUSE KEEPING. We had to find the house cleaning carts on different floors to get toilet paper, extra towels etc & make our own beds!! Every time we asked for the house cleaning they said "sorry, we are understaffed but they will be there the next morning." THEY NEVER CAME! Until....the day we were checking out, at 8AM, a house keeper just walked right into our room!! ON THE DAY WE WERE CHECKING OUT! We called the manager and spoke to a Supervisor Kevin. Kevin just said "sorry, we are understaffed but if your a Hiltons Honors Member, we can give you some points?" This was absolutely the worst hotel experience we have had! This will not be a hotel choice in the future. Guests who book at a hotel should be informed there is NO HOUSEKEEPING! It states on the website that there is, that's FALSE advertising!

Hotel's Favourite
With a recent opportunity to have another staycation in Dallas, I decided to go to the Hilton Anatole as I have had 2 great past experiences and I wanted to come back for more. Just like the previous time I got offered an upgrade to a deluxe room before check-in. Having a great time with the upgrade last time I went for it. I also enjoyed selecting my room. Upon arriving the staff was very friendly and provided the hospitality Hilton is known for. The room was spotless upon entering and everything was in very good condition. I really liked my view even if it wasn’t the downtown skyline too. The bed was also extremely comfortable and clean. Just like last time I also realIy enjoyed waking up to a view all around me. I was happy to see Media Grill reopened too and the food was great. All the staff I interacted with after check-in were also amazing, Larry and Sheila especially provided amazing service at breakfast too, better than any other hotel I’ve been to as a matter of fact. The grounds are also beautiful and spotless, and they also provide plenty of elevators in both buildings. I did have my keycard deactivate on me one time, but the front desk re-activated it without hesitation, and were apologetic about the situation. This hotel has definitely become my go-to hotel for staycations, and I always recommend this hotel when I am asked where to stay in Dallas. If you are looking for a hotel in Dallas I highly recommend the Hilton Anatole, you will not be disappointed!

Just got back from a 5 night stay Hilton Anatole in Dallas. First time visiting and I will be back for sure. Used points for a standard room and was ecstatic when we were given a upgrade due to Diamond status. We enjoyed two connecting rooms in Tower building, with 1 "standard room" and 1 HUGE room with walls of windows, queen bed, ample living space, conference/dining table for 8, dry bar, and full bathroom. We got to stretch out, order UberEats for dinner, and dine comfortable in our room instead of trekking out. As far as breakfast goes, they were super flexible due to full capacity (and probably staffing issues). On various days, at least 2 of 3 options were available: Media (sit-down, order off menu), Counter Offer for grab & go, and Terrace for buffet which was typically only open for weekends but was open on two weekdays during our stay. Great value at Media for dinner, with it's free kids meal with paid adult entree plus free dessert. Jade Waters not as big as the water park at Gaylord Texan or JW Marriott Hill Country but it was awesome for my kids. We spent hours there every single day and went broke buying Dippin' Dots, LOL! Life guards everywhere. There was only 1 real issue when one of our rooms did not cool (it felt around 80 degrees even though we closed all curtains during the day). It took them until the 3rd days to send an engineer who ultimately resolved it quickly. They were apologetic and made it right though. My kids were happy with our stay, so I am happy!

This is a lovely, huge, understaffed property that does not deliver on the Hilton promise. The limited front line staff staff is friendly and professional, But they cannot make up for management I'm shortcomings. In room literature says to arrange housekeeping with the front desk, who cannot arrange housekeeping. Not even a room refresh. So, same service as a motel 6, But of course not at motel 6 prices. One of two front desks is open, at opposite ends of the hotel, which are extremely distant, and when I found one close, I had to ask a hotel guess where to find the other. From one end of the property at the closed station to the other end, I did not encounter a single staff member. I was able to check in, and from there, you're pretty much on your own. They're good at returning messages through the app, but again, all they can do is be friendly and try, but they have nothing to deliver. The restaurants are providing good service and good food, so stop by for a meal, but if you want a Hilton steak, try a different Hilton. Until this one can improve, there are other hotels in the vicinity to try. And at this point, in late June they've had more than a year to adjust to the limitations of the pandemic, and it's time to deliver. At least bring me a coffee service, you provided me enough for one day, I'm on day two of three, I have none, but apparently can't get any. I'll survive, but again, is what I wanted was a no-cross hotel, I would check into one and pay accordingly.

For the second time I was very disappointed with the poor quality and condition of the hotel rooms. I was hoping that if we stayed at the other tower and with a city view the rooms would be better since they were significantly more expensive. The rooms were still dated with visible leak stains, halls were filled with questionable herbal odors, and we had guests that were very nosy. I regret staying here and will definitely be looking elsewhere for our next stay in Dallas. *Update #1: I spoke to the hotel management to complain because it was a constant door slamming all morning until 12noon. They will compensating two of my 4 nights. We finally got to check out the resort pool area, Jadewater (could not enjoy it since we arrived on Friday because it was so packed and there was not a single a chair available to lay out stuff, another disappointment.) We arrives at 4:45pm… there were no towels…staff said there was an emergency and towels were no longer available. And then the lockers do not work-you must find a staff member to lock and unlock your locker. Overall-the convenience you pay at this “resort” hotel falls very short as you do not receive them here. Update #2 Can’t seem to get ahold of anyone in accounting department. I was charged twice for overnight valet on the same day. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The punches keep coming. Stay away from this hotel. You will save yourself so much grief and money. This is by far THE WORST HILTON HOTEL!!!!!
