If you're looking for a pleasant quiet retreat, "You Found It." We needed to recharge our batteries so we escaped to a natural country setting. Massages on the porch, Hot Tub, Hammocks, Savory Hot Breakfasts and Wildlife. Great photo opportunities onsite and neighboring areas. Photo enthusiasts would "Love." Staff is pleasant and the accommidations cozy. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. Breakfast was delicious both days we were there as well as the conversation with the owners and the other guests. Our room was a bit dark and the AC did not take the humidity out of the air - but the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the privacy of the Side...

Like staying in a early 1900's Farm house with WiFi. Great location in between Austin and Fredricksburg, also not far North from San Antonio. The sunsets are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Breakfast every morning was wonderful, each couple had their own table so your not sitting with a bunch of strangers.Very quiet and peaceful out...

We stayed in The Veranda room to celebrate our anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. The owners, Jerry and Laurie, take a lot of pride in how it's run and are very detail oriented. They personally cooked a large breakfast every morning, then made sure we received the picnic basket that we ordered from them at the time we specified, and...

This was our first time staying here. We didn't take advantage of the amenities as we were out and about visiting wineries and shopping. What I can say it is very clean, Jerry and his wife are super nice and accomodating, and the breakfast is of high quality. The location was great for visiting everywhere between Lake Travis to Fredericksburg...

Everything about our stay at Mt Gainor Inn was fantastic. First of all, the amenities - it's a gorgeous house surrounded by Texas countryside. There are hammocks and a hot tub. We stayed in the Balcony Room over New Year's Eve weekend. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had a balcony, a mini fridge with a freezer...

We stayed here in December with 4 other couples and had a wonderful time. When there you felt like you were out in the middle of the hill country, but it only took a few minutes to get to 290 and into Dripping Springs. Our room was very nice - a front porch looking out onto acreage and a long...

My husband and I stayed at Mt Gainor Inn from 12/24-12/26 for our 3rd wedding anniversary. This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast and it surely did not disappoint! The owners were very generous and welcoming, making sure to ask us each day if we needed anything while giving us lots of privacy at the same time....

We attended a nearby wedding and stayed here 2 nights. The accommodations were perfect! The food was delicious and they even provided gluten-free meals for us per our request. (In fact, we learned they will provide for most dietary restrictions.) The rooms were very comfy and the grounds and surrounding area were beautiful. Laurie and Jerry are outstanding hosts. We...

We stayed in the Mt Laurel room. The accommodations were great, private entrance, private patio, clean and comfortable room with King sized bed. This was our first stay in this area, Jerry was very gracious with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see. Each morning Laurie and Jerry prepared a great breakfast. They were available if we needed something but...
