Did not face any problems , enjoyed staying at this place. Looking ahead to visit again. Very good rooms and amenities. Liked the interior and designs. the front desk people were friendly and guided really well.

Why is this hotel allowed to continue operating with so many complaints from quests about being overcharged and the filthiness of the rooms and rudeness of the staff? I am still waiting on my "Authorization" to be refunded as the management stated.

Good question. This hotel should be shut down on the grounds of being unfit for human occupancy. And I've literally never encountered ruder staff in my life.
