Temper your high hopes of lavish accommodations. This is a very simple, very basic hotel. It is clean, the staff are very nice and the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Don't expect to get full off the continental breakfast it definitely left us wanting more.

I was here 3 nights on business. The room was clean and updated , and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was lacking in my opinion. It was an ok experience. I will likely stay there again if I happen to be in Franklin, Tx again.

I travel quite a bit for work and often stay in small towns such as Franklin. The service provided at Franklin Lodging reminds me why I enjoy the small town travel. The staff was beyond accommodating, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. You can't beat the price here and I will definitely... More

This hotel tops the charts!! Excellent service, spotless and great service. Indoor pool and small fitness center are awesome! The room had high ceilings and beautiful crown molding. Fixtures, bedding, linens were all top of the line!! The desk clerk also does housekeeping and she does a tremendous job and super polite to boot! I travel a lot for work and... More

Nice room - horrible management. Asked for a 1-hour delayed checkout, and they wanted - demanded - an extra $10. There was no shortage of rooms; no line to check-in; maids were working on other rooms. Manager lectured me in the most condescending manner about the Houston hotels that charge extra for the 1 hour, as if that made it... More

They are dropping the Sleep Inn name and now they don't think they have to be accountable to anyone. Very bad service. Room not clean, no towels, soap in room on arrival. Room key did not work the entire weekend. Kept promising things, no follow through. Very rude weekend staff.

Selected this hotel (lower end of Choice's quality scale) due to all of College Station and neighboring towns booked up for Texas A&M Family Weekend and on a road that goes back to I-45. Missed hotel on first pass as it is set back from the main road on a side street and the signage is purple and not clearly... More

Last weekend, June 29, some of my family came to visit. I don't have a lot of room, so we booked rooms at the Sleep Inn, in Franklin, TX. Shay, at the front desk was gracious, helpful and professional. The rest was a complete mess. I won't be staying there again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything.... More

Great customer service, Very comfy beds and cool walkin shower. Great alternative if College Station Hotels are booked up. Stayed here for LSU game and although about 40 minutes away would stay here again.

My stay here was great. the staff greeted you by name everymorning. If you needed anything you just call the front desk and they were able to help. The town its self is small and not much to do after hours, But for meals there is a place called Lone Star Burger barn that has just about anything you could... More
