We stayed here recently with three other couple to celebrate a friend's birthday. We stayed in the Sunshine Suite and loved it. The other rooms were just as nice. We had access to the kitchen and that was a bonus. The owners are are friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back next year!

Our group of three couples enjoyed this spot immensely. Cade was communicative and attentive and gave us a tour of the lovely property and introduced us to menagerie of local animals which were so entertaining! Donkeys, longhorns, and a llama! The accommodations were impeccable and attractive with the amenities of a hotel including bottled water and toiletries. The full kitchen... More

My fiancée and I stayed with my inlaws. The quarry is a few miles from Fredericksburg so the drive wasn't too bad. I loved the fact that you could pet some of the friendly animals every morning. We also used the jacuzzi on our last night and that was a fun. I would recommend this place to my friends.

We were looking for a place that would accommodate our family attending a wedding. We needed a variety of beds and rooms for varied couples. The owners were so willing to make sure we had the set up that we needed and went out of there way.

We wanted secluded romantic getaway and this was great! It rained the Day we left on the tin roof and it was very romantic. Close to town and free roaming animals added to the stay. Staff was very friendly, transactions were easy.

A beautiful, quiet place in the hill country to relax and get away from the stress. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The owner was welcoming and helpful with local restaurants & sightseeing interests. Everything was just as advertised.

This was our first stay with the new owners. We had were guests of the prior owners and enjoyed our stay both times. The new owners adopted farm animals from a petting zoo. Be ready to be greeted by goats, a lama and if you stay at the guest at the top of hill a friendly pig. Great fun for... More

This review is for the La Casita unit at Barn at the Quarry. My husband and I booked here to celebrate our wedding anniversary this year. Location: This location was truly fantastic. Very relaxed country setting, with various farm animals roaming around. Beautiful views could be seen from the back porch. It's about 15-20 minutes to drive into Fredericksburg, which... More
