We just spent two wonderful nights in the Bollinger Cabin at the Chuckwagon Inn. It’s a lovingly restored cabin that has all the modern day amenities with a touch of the old west. Bed and linens were to die for. Still, the best part about the Chuckwagon Inn is visiting with the hosts, Sam & Becky Higgins. They spoil you...

I purposely picked to be a couple of miles out from Main St Fredericksburg because of the noise... What cool Harleys I saw in town! I have to admit...I was a little nervous when I first turned down the road headed toward the inn because it is definitely next to the small airport. This didn't pose a problem at all,...

The pictures do not do the cabin justice. It is the perfect, relaxing getaway. My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary here and booked at the last minute, not sure what to expect. We were blown away with how cozy, but also roomy the cabin was. Becky and Sam are great hosts and cooks! They gave us great...

My husband and I have wanted to ride the Twisted Sisters for years. The Chuckwagon Inn was the perfect spot to stay. About 30 minutes from 336 and AMAZING breakfast. Highly recommend to all motor riders and couples looking for a relaxing getaway! Becky and Sam were the PERFECT hosts. We hope to return very soon!!!

My husband Chris and I stayed at the Chuckwagon Inn Bed & Breakfast on our first visit to Fredericksburg. The owners, Becky and Sam, made us feel very welcomed. They truly have the gift of hospitality. The inn is very quaint and if you are interested Becky and Sam can tell you about some of the history of the property...

What a great little get-a-way. Enamored with the place as soon as we drove in. The Bollinger Cabin was so quaint & homey, we loved it. The History behind the place is amazing, the grounds are beautiful & relaxing. We got to watch rabbits, lizards & hummingbirds from the front porch. The home-cooked breakfasts are delicious. Becky & Sam make...

Great experience with actual breakfast made every morning at 9am. Meet other travelers and make new friends in an easy manner. Very quiet, just off the beaten path but near everything. In the flight path for the public airport that really only has traffic during the day time and most of it is on the approach which is VERY quiet....

Spent the weekend here in May, this is an old dairy farm steeped in history. On the outskirts of Fredericksburg, but worth the visit. Everything is spotlessly clean, Becky and Sam are full of stories after their 18 years in the business, they know how to do hospitality. They also know how to cook, the food was delicious. I did...

We have been coming to the Chuckwagon Inn for over 15 years, and are never disappointed. We've stayed in every room, had hours of great conversation and hearing good stories by the owners, Becky and Sam, and many an amazing breakfast cooked with love and pride by our hosts. This truly is Southern Hospitality at it's finest!

We had a wonderful weekend visit to Fredericksburg and were thrilled with Chuckwagon! Quiet and quaint cabins and the most wonderful hosts in Sam and Becky. We loved hearing about the history of the inn and visiting with other guests over an amazing breakfast. Homemade biscuits and local peach jelly, plus Sam's frittata and delicious coffee? Perfection! Thank you for...
