What a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious and the hosts, Becky and Sam, were wonderful. They are so knowledgable about the area and had wonderful stories to share! The location is perfect - close to downtown Fredericksburg as well as winery's and the LBJ ranch. We also took a day trip to San...

My daughter and I recently spent two nights in the Pear Tree Cottage. From the moment Becky greeted us until the time she and Sam bid us farewell, we felt pampered. The cottage was very clean and contained all the amenities including a spa tub and a fireplace that added an extra measure of charm. The room is decorated beautifully...

We stayed in The Bunkhouse and delighted in the cozy fireplace, comfortable bed and pillows. The love seat in front of the fire was perfect for relaxing. The drinking water was delicious! We had two outstanding breakfasts and had a great time with Becky and Sam. We brought two friends with us for a little getaway to see the wild...

We stayed in the Pear Tree cottage. The facility was very clean, as were the grounds. Very nice bed and large bath room. Becky and Sam are great hosts. At the breakfasts, which were prepared with all home made care, Sam and Becky took time to engage in conversation and interesting stories about the old stone home. You won't be...

My husband and I enjoyed every minute in Fredericksburg...but LOVED our stay at The Chuckwagon Inn. Our room (PearTree) was so cozy, and very homey! We noticed the accommodations would have suited my husband's parents- with limited mobility. I hope to bring them back. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing. We enjoyed our visit with Sam- his personality is...

Quick trip to Fredericksburg to visit local attractions. Fiance wanted to try the traditional B&B experience. Chuckwagon was great. Stayed in the Boilinger Cabin. Plenty of privacy, clean and very nice. Sam and Becky are wonderful hosts. Hands down the best breakfast I have ever had. Honestly worth going for the breakfast experience alone. Sam & Becky have plenty of...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Larry Bill House in the Chuckwagon B&B Complex. The house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. It was just a very short drive to downtown Fredericksburg from the Chuckwagon...maybe 5 minutes max. Better than the house were the owners...Sam and Becky Higgins. We had a great time visiting with them. Sam and...
