I've never written a review before, but the poor quality and service at this B&B compelled me to do so. The place is quaint, romantic and interesting but that's about it. You'll pay resort prices for a room and service that should cost $29.99/night. We booked a room for $189/night and when we arrived we were thrilled that we had...

My now fiancé and I recently spent a 2nd weekend trip at Trois Estate. As with our first visit, the accommodations were excellent and the 5-course dinners and gourmet breakfasts were outstanding as well. Trois Estate truly is a unique and special place. As someone perfectly said in one of the reviews, don't expect the Taj Mahal. However, DO expect...

The Trois Estate looks AMAZING on the Web site, but in person it's a pretty place with a VERY strange feel to it. It's set up like an old desert village around the center "square" area where the restaurant is. My fiance and I came to the Trois Estate looking for a secluded night together to reconnect and it was...

We found the Trois Estate unique and surprisingly charming and we were so glad that we had been unable to get into any of the B&Bs in Fredericksburg as this was altogether so much nicer. The adobe style buildings are very picturesque although the rooms are somewhat rustic. The dinner and breakfast was absolutely terrific and we felt like Elvis...

This place is extremely unique and quite beautiful to look at, unfortunately that's about all it has going for it. My fiance and I were initially greeted by the dogs that appear to wander the property (one of which I'm pretty confident was an old wolf that looked emaciated to the point of starvation). Upon locating the office, we were...

This place is a dump. And our room looked over their dump...so much for the beautiful vistas. It was 108 degrees when we arrived. Our AC was off and took hours to cool our room. The big stain on the bed cover coupled with what appeared used sheets made me somewhat concerned. But the grocery store brand bottle of shampoo/body...

Wow, such a shame to me that anyone could have such negative things to say about this unique place. Apparently they must not have an eye for beauty! I have never found such an enchanting place like this in the US and have traveled all over. Luckily I live close enough to visit atleast twice a year. This place really...

We booked an anniversary trip in late October 2011 and it was a run down mess. We ended up leaving after only one night. The website photos and description are beautiful but the place isn't anything like what is marketed. Find another place!

The "resort" has a certain charm. It is unique, and the breakfast is good. That is about the only positives about this place. If you pay for the higher-end room that have the Jacuzzi tubs, you might as well burn your money. The water pressure is so low and the water heater so bad that you could run the water...
