For the price it's great. Safe place to sleep, close to anything that's matters, and easy in & out. If you're coming here thinking it's the ritz you're pretty much suffering from a mental disorder. Its blue collar, and you get a waffle, so chill.

Years ago I heard a radio DJ say that "La Quinta" meant "Next to Denny's", but a quick Google search informed me it means "Country House." Okay, sorry. I'm not bilingual. However, this particular La Quinta really IS next to Denny's. It's your average motel-type establishment with three very important advantages: it has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico;...

There is so much wrong here, not sure where to start. First, totally inadequate parking, had to parky at the Denny's next door. Glad I wasn't towed. Found a roach in the middle of the bed in the first room I was assigned, took a couple hours before I spotted them in the second room. Was told that this was...

I chose this LaQuinta because I needed a good value hotel where I could stay with my daughter and our small dog. The room was big and comfortable and very clean. We faced away from the gulf and it was very quiet with one exception. (Explanation below.). There was plenty of parking, even though they were sold out. The outside...

First of all, this hotel has entry from the outside, which if I had known, I would have spent my money elsewhere. The front desk was very nice and helpful, but the Denny's next door was being renovated, and it made the outside hotel look quite shabby. The rooms were really nice. The free breakfast consisted of waffles (you make...

Stayed here with mom, sister & aunt for weekend. Booked online, city view. Pleasantly surprised to get a water view instead. Room was very clean. Beds very comfortable. A/C worked great. Great selection for breakfast with attentive staff. Who needs the Denny's in the parking lot. Parking can be an issue. Beach right across the street. Easy access by intersection...

We stayed here when we returned from a cruise. The booking was very quick & easy. To my surprise they actually accomodated us by having a room ready early (11:30 AM). THe outside of the hotel looks a little old and maybe run down a bit. To our surprise, it was very nice inside. It was clean, nice decor, nice...

There were cigarettes inthe made up bed in our non-smoking room nad a red substance on teh sheets we can only hope was ketchup. Three phone calls later we were given new sheets we had to put on the beds ourselves. There were roaches in the bathroom and someone was shot at the restaurant next door. The police had the...

Service and cleanliness great. We had an ocean view room, 205. Would come back again, nice location on sea wall. We stayed 4 nights free, with our LaQuinta points. Great value for us, celebrating a belated 39th wedding anniversary.

Bad service by front desk, dirty room, dusty surfaces, oily finger prints on headboards, dead spider and hair in the bathroom, roaches in a variety of sizes everywhere in our room, room lights didn't work.
