It is definitely a budget hotel. Good price for the accommodations. Rooms are very basic but have flat screen tv's and a fridge and a microwave. It's right next to the highway, but did not notice any noise while sleeping. It's a good place to stay if you are traveling through. Owner is very nice.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it's a last resort. No pun intended! Located right next to the highway makes the room noisy. Looks as though nothing's been upgraded in a long time. Bed was comfortable though.

The property advertises as refurbished, but there is still a ways to go. Basically, you will get a comfortable bed in a clean room, but a room that shows signs of wear. The price/night makes it simple to overlook the rough edges (if your wife is of a forgiving nature). While the property is directly on Hwy 281, there was...

I found this little motor hotel on TripAdvisor one week before my arrival in Hamilton. I was a bit nervous because their price was so low but I took a chance and wasn't disappointed. The lady who manages the property was very nice, polite and very accommodating to our specific needs. Our room was simple, well appointed and and clean...

I was in Hamilton to pick up some goats and just needed a clean, safe place to sleep. The Budget Inn is on the north end of town. The room was very clean and everything worked. There's a little bit of road noise from Highway 281, but the fan created enough white noise to cover it. The manager is very...

In town for business at Hamilton Commission Company. Needed a place to sleep with the dogs. This was better than expected. Nothing fancy little vintage roadside hotel clean and pleasant. GREAT soft bed. That is the most important thing!

My friends and I stopped here on our way home from Tennessee. Road weary, this was a great stop off. Staff was kind and hotel was clean and new. Prices reasonable. We paid $150 for a two bedroom suite with sofabed. Worth the extra hour we drove before stopping. We would recommend to others.

Needed an inexpensive place to lay my head for two nights when hunting in the area. My overall experience was probably a 2+, but that's all I needed for the weekend. Wouldn't stay there with my wife or family, but it was clean and front desk staff was helpful.

I was worried about staying here because it is an older hotel. The rooms have recently been renovated so it was not too bad. All I care about is that it not smell musty nor a firth dayroom. Rooms have flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and hair dryer. Not bad for $65. My only gripe is there...

Car trouble and an unscheduled stop lead me and my three young children to this clean well lit, little inn. Found it with the gas station attendant help, like I said car trouble. The office worker whom of which rented me the room was kind and understanding about the cranky young children even the really upset two year old. At...
