I want to warn you that this resort is overpriced for what you get. Current listed price for a regular room is over $400 per night. Luckily we got a great deal on Deal Caddy/Ideal Golfer. Guest rooms are in need of updating, TV is small with poor reception and few channels, thermostat could not control the room temperature, and...

Due to having a small business, we couldn't go very far from Austin this year. Thus, I took my family for Spring Break to Horseshoe Bay Resorts. We had a wonderful time and I believe this Texas Hill Country Resort rivals some of the more popular destinations. My wife and I enjoyed the Spa. The staff and therapists were all...

My family and I went here for an Easter getaway. It was our first time staying here and we loved it! The resort offered fun activities for kids on Easter Sunday and the same weekend there is a balloon festival in town. We went to the balloon festival but it was so windy none of them could take off so...

This is a lovely resort. The grounds are well kept. Waterfalls, talking exotic birds, and beautiful foliage are available for your enjoyment as you walk through the resort. Cleanliness is obviously a priority, even during this busy time of year. The hotel pool is heated and pretty busy with families. We enjoyed sitting on the patio at Lantana for dinner....

Check in was very easy and quick. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. The bartender Lance was very friendly and gave us suggestions to eat off property. We played on miniature golf which was fun since it is real grass greens. Fun seeing all the birds out by the...

Purchased a Groupon to the resort and came for the weekend. The grounds are really nice but main hotel entrance is hard to find. The weather was cold and rainy all weekend so there was little to do since we couldn't swim and be by the pool. The pools seemed nice so it's too bad the weather didn't cooperate. My...

This resort was chosen by Am tour and our first golf tournament with them. It has been a great experience. When we arrived, I was unhappy with the view from the room. It was nothing but Palm trees. Since I am not playing in the tournament, I couldn't imagine having that view all weekend. The front desk was understanding and...

We booked a spa weekend at Horseshoe Bay. The lobby is beautiful but the rest of the hotel is surprisingly outdated. The spa was antiquated (looked like the 70's, time warp) not at all maintained. There was mold in the spa hot tub & on the wall. In the men's locker room the sauna didn't work & 1 of the...

We had an enjoyable, relaxing visit recently in our first visit to the resort. The hotel is attractive (we stayed in the main building) and our room was clean and comfortable, with a good view of part of the garden area and Lake LBJ. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and responded to our requests very promptly. The...

I did not get any further than the meeting space, but I did enjoy the service and the property was very nice. I also thought the meeting space was very clean and kept up well. Lots for people to do meaning kids and adults.
