We needed to stay overnight in Houston so we chose the St. Regis because we love their hotel in San Francisco. What a mistake! We were expecting s luxury experience, but found that this St. Regis is not really a luxury hotel. I had read the reviews saying they the decor was old, but when I called the hotel they...

Chose to stay at the St. Regis for our first wedding anniversary. We so thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Singapore that we didn't even consider another option. We opted for the Astor Suite with butler service. I must say we started out disappointed and just found the whole thing comical towards the end of our stay. First, at the time...

The St. Regis Houston is a AAA Five-Diamond hotel which prides itself on only the finest in serivce and faciilities, the best address in Houston. Yes, the guest rooms were recently renovated and I apologize the decor was not to your liking. Late December all guest rooms received new mattresses and boxsprings and the mattress pad is to St. Regis...

Service was good. Facilities was good. In-room breakfast was pretty good. Location of this hotel is out of the way. View outside of the windows is plain. Nothing really wowed me in any means. It's okay.

Attentive thoughtful service from every member of staff. It is very pleasant to be greeted and remembered by all the staff throughout a visit. The hotel is well fitted and attractive, we used a two bedroomed suite and needed to set up for an exhibition in the room and the Housekeeping department could not do enough for us including assistance...

My husband's Christmas party was on Saturday and we decided to stay all weekend. We had good service at check-in. I did ask for an upgrade but they said they were completely booked :(. We requested a quiet room and they gave us a room on the 10th floor far away from the elevators. Very nice but small room (deluxe)....

. The hotel was renovated 8 years ago. It looked tired and worn to me. The biggest problem was the tiny bath in our suite. It had a shower in the bathtub. They charged for small items like a toothbrush. They were not near any sights and the hotel car does not operate all the time. It was not near...

The St. Regis Houston is definitely up the expected standard of the luxury. It is a very nice hotel well located in Houston. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and I felt well taken care of. The valets knew me right away and were very friendly.

I had been wanting to try this hotel for years and finally got around to it. The corner suite with a Jacuzzi sounded like a great place to recharge, and it turned out to be just the ticket, with a few caveats. Valet parking is mandatory, which takes some of the spontaneity out of just popping out to explore. Our...

Thank you for choosing the St. Regis Houston for your weekend getaway.
