When I travel by myself, I am a budget traveler. And with Super 8, I've had really good stays (near Joplin, MO) and one horrendously bad one (near Denver, CO). I can honestly say this place was far, far better than I expected. To look at it from the outside, you can't tell how nice the rooms will be. I saw a review about blood and fecal matter and renting rooms by the hour; I see reviews like that and it sounds scary. But with my room, it couldn't have been further from the truth. My bed was comfy, I had a large flat screen TV, the flooring was new, the bathroom was clean, there was a mini-fridge, coffee-maker and hair dryer, and the furniture was all quality. It's not the Ritz, no, but I was honestly shocked at how nice the room in this Super 8 was. It was nice enough I had to send pictures to my wife saying, "Check out the deal I got here!" (I'm notoriously cheap when I travel alone). I'll attach those. Now, the outside isn't as pretty as the inside. But there's only so much you can do to the outside of a standing Super 8. And the area? This did NOT seem like a high drug, prostitution or other sketchy area despite it being pretty darn close to the airport (minutes away). I was more than pleased.…

Good thing I travel with my own cleaning supplies, there was so much hair in the tub, the soap was previously opened, the sofa had a large stain on it, goodness knows what from and when we tried to flip the cushion the other side was worse. Shady activity going on in the parking lot both day and night, not very comfortable with children. The staff was very friendly and welcoming but the establishment needs some tlc

This place rents the room out by the hour. Horrible smell, bodily fluid all over the comforter, hair in bed, towels been used. Urine on seat of bathroom, towels were dirty. Tvs did not work. This was the worst stay ever. I am a platinum member.

This is in a high traffic area, has a small parking lot with doors to the outside. The flooring and tile have been updated, so the room feels nice, but clearly it is an older building and has some upkeep issues. No breakfast served in the lobby, where they obviously used to do so.

It was an okay place for the price. The hotel itself was alright and close to many places. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The AC I wasn’t a fan of either and the bathroom had no circulation. The room was in okay condition didn’t have any major issues. Probably wouldn’t recommend if you have kids because of the area.

I stay at this location a lot. I never really get to try breakfast because I’m never informed about it when I check in. And also I usually get the hotel for the weekend being Friday Saturday Sunday. But this time on Saturday of my reservation the key card at the door stopped working and I went to the office and I tried to get help and I actually stood outside for about 30 minutes to an hour in the cold waiting for the office guy to come help me. And that still took time. N my stuff almost got locked in the room.

I am currently in a bad homeless almost homeless situation due to the COVID 19. I have no family no one but me and everybody who works here has treated me so well. The manager Mr Harry has been incredibly helpful and is working with me so I can stay here and not on the street. Let's not also forget to mention that all the appliances are updated the room is immaculately clean there's a certain small homey feel to it that makes you feel a little more comfortable in for the area it is extremely quiet I have no problems here and I am a female by myself. I would recommend this place to anybody anytime and every time

I am the CEO of a non-profit and diamond member . I recently stayed at Super 8 by Hobby airport on business . I was greeted by Simi at the front desk . I found the room to he clean, comfortable, and the accommodation satisfying . The manager Harry Patel was helpful to resolve any issues in a friendly, professional way . The room was clean and reasonable spacious. I would be surprised if they claimed that there is no safety issues. Some of the long stay customers seems to be more savage than polite. But nevertheless the location is convenient. Breakfast is just ok, really basic located in reception lobby. So there is limited seating area available. Overall ok for one night on the way.
