We did a one night Staycation proposal at the Zaza memorial city. Beautiful hotel, restaurant Tipping Point is cozy and friendly. The Breathless Suite was a dream. Everyone from the valet to concierge to bartender were extra friendly and accomodating. The Zaspa is beautiful and relaxing as well. Ask for Kaitlyn before your appointment and she'll work out and details you need.

My husband and I had William at The Tipping Point! William was amazing in every way. He made us feel comfortable and made the experience memorable from my birthday. He is an asset to this hotel and restaurant. We had a bad experience at the front desk, but the dinner made everything all right!!

Rocio brought our breakfast to us everyday and she is very professional and family. We enjoyed seeing her every morning. I would also like to mention the gentleman that brought our champagne and plate almost every night. He always opened our champagne and pour ed us a glass... very friendly guy.

This is my second time staying at Zaza. Everything about this hotel is top notch. I love the smell when you walk in, the rooms are always so spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing as well. But, what I really like is the hotel restaurant called The Tipping Point. One morning, I ordered an omelette and brought it back to my room. You can also do room service but I chose to pick it up and bring it back. Two nights in a row I went to have dinner and had a server named William. He was amazing. I couldn't decide what I wanted for dinner on one night and he suggested the burger. He wasn't wrong, it was amazing. Today, I sat outside by the pool and had the chicken chopped salad. This is the second time I had ordered it because it was so amazing. William also suggested that I try the key lime pie dessert. Amazing! When I was done, I headed to the workout room. It was extremely necessary! I've been known to be a picky traveler, I am extremely comfortable staying here.…

Beautiful hotel. Great room. Great food at the restaurant. Wonderful service from the check in to the valet to the housekeeping to the wait staff. See William at the hotel restaurant. He is awesome! Next time in Houston we’re coming back to this hotel and will try a balcony room. Five star experience.

Loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was my wife’s birthday weekend and they surprised us with complimentary champagne and a fruit plate and gave her a free desert as well. They made her weekend the best possible. My entire stay was perfect and every staff member was super polite and helpful. I have already recommended to all my friends and family that they stay at Hotel Zaza Memorial City over any other hotel. I would recommend it every time someone asks. I have stayed in many a hotel but this specific stay at Hotel Zaza forever changed my perspective on hotels and definitely raised the bar. If you are in Houston and need to a place to stay there is one option….. Hotel Zaza!!!! Thank you guys for everything and the phenomenal hospitality! We’ve visited the Zaza on 1-10 numerous times, either for breakfast or dinner (we live in the high-rise next door). We always have the most attentive servers! We love William and Samantha! They are both so sweet, and always go above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies. Samantha also makes an incredible dairy-free cappuccino! We love coming here… they treat us like family! 💕
