I never stayed here personally but my mom was in Houston last week and it’s her first trip since my dads death so she was really sad and just very not herself, her flight got cancelled and she told me a young man Joshua helped her with the shuttle and also had a gift bag for her, she really gave me and ear full of how helpful and kind the young man was, she told me she been really sad and just him smiling and being kind even if it’s his job she was really touched by it so thank you joshua I wish you the best in life.

This hotel's staff has excellent customer service, ESPECIALLY Mariquita. She was more than amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure myself, and other guests were taken care of, and felt at home. Thanks again Fairfield.

Hotel itself was ok, nothing to shout about but did the job for 1 night. Breakfast was a pretty good choice! Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Free shuttle - nightmare. Rang on arrival. Waited 45 minutes. Rang again, another 10 minutes and they arrived, so I guess just forgot about me? Very irritating as I saw other hotel shuttles come and go 2 or 3 times whilst waiting so for that reason, I wouldn’t use again, I’d go with one with a reliable shuttle

Great hotel, location is good in a business park type area. Hotel is clean. Pool is great- it has a waterfall. Staff is friendly and available. Cleaning crew was nice. Breakfast included and a nice selection of snacks, sodas etc. The only issue is the noise. The walls and floors must be paper thin bc you can hear every move. This may be avoided if you stay on the 4th floor I guess. Special shout out to AMANDA at the front desk. We hung out in the lobby most of the day and she was so kind, gave us water and a fork for our ramen noodles, and kept asking if there was anything she else she could do for us. Very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again.

The shuttle from the airport is running slowly. On arrival you have to phone the hotel for a pickup. We arrived at terminal c and had to head to terminal b to get pickup. Once we phoned the pick up to just over 40 minutes. The hotel is in a quiet area which is nice. Airplanes still fly over head so if your a light sleeper you may hear them in the morning. There is no restaurant at the hotel so eat before you arrive. The floors are thin, the person above us sounded like an elephant so get a top floor.

Great hotel for an overnight layover at Houston airport. There is a free shuttle that runs from 5am - 11pm - just call when you have all your luggage with you. The breakfast is great and more varied than I would've thought. At night it is very quiet so no trouble sleeping either.

This Fairfield Inn is our company's go to location when we have visitors in town from our company's headquarters or other locations. It is quiet, clean and convenient to the airport which makes a huge difference to people whose flights leave early in the morning or arrive late in the evening. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We recently had a management team meeting at the hotel and everything went perfectly. Great food and service. Meeting room was set up just as we wanted and whatever additional support we needed [ex. extra cables for AV system] were immediately supplied. The hotel Sales Manager was also extremely helpful and professional. I cant recommend this location strongly enough for the business traveller coming to the Houston area.

This was the first of several hotels on a trip to Mexico. Not much to remember except the free shuttle was fast and convenient at 1/2 hour increments except for pick-up. Breakfast, room & staff were satisfactory.

My favorite hotel to stay in houston while connecting to another city or in town for do some volunteer. the staff at the front desk is super friendly, the lady that set ups the breakfast everyday before 6am and the people in charge to take us to the airport too! If you take an uber you can get to Wallmart, Deerbrook Mall or Ross in approx, 10 minutes

Great for an overnight stay. No frills. Not much around but close to airport. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would recommend for travelers wanting to stay close to airport the night before your flight. Good for business travelers as well since several companies are near by
