Spacious clean and friendly! Room was newly remodeled. Carolyn at front desk was extremely helpful and courteous as well as very knowledgeable about the workings of the company systems. The pool was an excellent temperature for this hot time of year but the hot tub/spa was not hot enough. Breakfast was fast service but prices seemed high. There is a big supermarket in very close walking distance.

The kitchen is gross it’s an employee behind there that’s coughing non stop he doesn’t cover his mouth by the register or begin the kitchen I seen him through the doors it’s trust disgusting and traumatizing because I just ate from here I can’t even finish my food and the showers leaks yellow water you have to run it for a while other than that the front desk employees are friendly and have been very helpful just don’t eat there the germs are out of control

This was my first visit to this location, and I was impressed. Great location with several shops and restaurants nearby. The service was beyond amazing. Eden, and Tyler provided exceptional customer service. Unlike many hotels, they actually show that they care about their guests. This means a lot to a world traveler like myself. I'll definitely be back.

Quiet, comfortable, efficient, and definitely worth paying a visit, fitness, the room, and the hotel itself was not spectacular, but exactly what I have been looking for. Cosy and friendly hotel, liked their room and layout, just slept for a couple of hours and had an early morning flight

Stayed at this hotel for the NCAA Final Four. Each employee we interacted with was polite and helpful, so this is not a reflection of them, but rather, Marriott, who has really gone downhill the past couple years. $400/night, no breakfast included, and their kitchen was having issues so very limited options to purchase, and what there was, was very basic, low-quality, etc. $12 for a breakfast sandwich. The windows in the room look like they’ve never been cleaned, they were disgusting. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost zero, and hot water took more than 5 minutes to appear. The hotel itself is a 15-20 minute walk from NRG Stadium, but the area between here and there is typical Houston - nothing but 2nd-tier strip malls, many storefronts/restaurants permanently closed, shopping carts on the sidewalks, just run-down looking. Literally no decent food options walking from here to there. Without many people walking from stadium at night after a game, questionable if you would feel safe. Also, I’m now fully OVER Marriott specifically (but many other brands), going so cheap on service/amenities post-Covid, yet still charging pre-Covid fees. No housekeeping during stay, limited hours on food/drink options, premium pricing on their little “store” in the lobby, etc. I’m a business-owner so fully believe in making profit, but the gouging that this industry is doing under the now-old excuse of “Covid” and “staffing issues” is old, tired and not acceptable. Can’t find staff? Payment more - you’re charging more than pre-Covid, gouging on fees during special events like this, so where’s that money going? This is now becoming one of my top criteria for booking hotel stays, to assure I get good value for my money.

My brand new truck was stolen from the parking lot of this hotel. The hotel advised they had no security cameras and one employee even said “well, it’s Houston”. The theft occurred 12/20/2022 and a week later I have not been contacted by the hotel. Your property is not secure at this hotel.

Perfect location for our quick turn and burn to the city. Plenty of things to do in area. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Would highly recommend and go back again. The breakfast was good as well. The rate wasn’t bad but you get what you pay for. God bless this location.

Nice spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Lobby was very nice. If that’s all you need then this is a great place. Our problem was on Trip Request it mentions free parking. That’s not the truth. They charge for parking. We were told to park our car where we could see it from the window- some issues with people breaking into cars. Since we got charged for parking I expected to see security. We stayed 3 days- never saw any security. No microwave in room. We sure didn’t expect that. No coffee in lobby area unless you bought it from Starbucks. Used the shuttle to go back and forth to MD. One evening I called at 7:20 and we got dropped off the shuttle at 8:30. We even drove right by the motel. Said we got MD rates but I don’t think happened at all. It was pretty expensive. Now at another motel with free breakfast and lower price.

We were in town for treatment at MD Anderson. On our second morning there we were informed that our vehicle was broken into. They claim to have a security guard on the property. He discovered multiple vehicles broken into at daylight. They didn’t inform us until after 9am. The desk told us this happens here all the time. They gave us a “discounted” rate and 3,000 points for our troubles. Does a lot of good for my pocketbook and the irreplaceable items that were stolen. My question is, why have a security guard if he isn’t going to deter criminal activity. Sounds like the guard may have been sleeping inside or they don’t actually have one.
