Lots of things to love about the hotel. Service isn’t one of them! While the people who work there are very nice, never seen a slower or less efficient process in terms of service. Valet and room service were great. Check in and bar service incredibly slow. Again nothing about the people but they need to speed it up especially when it’s super busy. Waiting when 3rd in line when busy shouldn’t take 20+ minutes before actually checked in. Check out was another long line so I used key drop as I didn’t have a half hour to waste in line. So then I never get a final bill until I call. This is after emailing the “concoerge” email and zero response. Don’t try calling as they never answer and then when they do it takes forever to get what you need. Got a final bill that was never emailed almost two weeks after checking out. Again love the hotel and would consider again if they can learn how to do things in a timely manner. Room itself was great. Very clean. Good amenities. Just the service even as a new hotel has a long way to go to be on or with expectations for the cost.…
Spacious room. Quality amenities. Great bar in lobby. Comfortable beds. Will always stay here when in Houston. Walking distance to MD Anderson and they offer complimentary shuttle to medical district, Rice village and surrounding areas.
OUTSTANDING property and service. Very accommodating in every request., Clean high end rooms. I was talking with people outside who parking cars (employees) and theyre wonderful people with a high IQ for customer service, Nothing is like this in the area. I won't visit any other property in houston.
This gem of a boutique hotel (a solid 10 on a 10 point scale) utterly transformed my annual visit to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo this year: It’s beautiful, serene, quite near NRG Park, incredibly comfortable, and the service is peerless. Standouts include: 1) the fabulous, comfortable, tranquil well-appointed rooms 2) professional, courteous staff who seemingly appear out of nowhere and instantly provide exactly what’s needed - Tameca (please forgive the misspelling) and the lovely young lady at the front desk with the pretty red and black hair provided exceptional service with a smile at every turn 3) the Blossom courtesy car! I rode to and from the stock show and rodeo in the Blossom courtesy car multiple times, saving a fortune on Ubers and miles of walking to the distant Uber stand. The drivers are absolutely wonderful. 4) the beautiful lobby that provides a tranquil place to hang out or wait for the courtesy car My only worry is that this exquisite gem of a hotel will not go undiscovered and I may have greater difficulty securing a reservation in the future. Just kidding! I hope it IS widely discovered because the staff and owners deserve all the goodness that comes their way, for they have created a beautiful oasis in a part of Houston (NRG and Medical Center) that’s underserved by the hospitality industry.…
It was an amazing visit. The staff was outstanding and the accommodations were of excellent quality! The Director was very professional and welcoming. The shuttle drivers were so kind and professional. When I am in Houston I will be staying at the awesome hotel!
amazing hotel! Incredible service, I was visiting the blossom! I was delighted, request the top floor, it has a very nice view of the city! the aroma of the rooms and the lobby make you receive a warm welcome, I had several appointments at md anderson! and my driver Alberto was a wonderful person, I want to personally thank him because he was very kind and helpful, Meghan was always smiling and very kind, this type of person makes one loyal to this hotel! I'll be back congratulations!
Beautiful rooms and well priced. Service is very good. Food is truly terrible, reading othe reviews it appears that they do not have an on site kitchen and are re-heating pre-made meals. You can tell. Although I really loved the room, I will not be returning because the lobby scent. I’m not usually someone who complains but the lobby had an air freshener or perhaps over scented cleaning product scent that permeated everything. It smelled like a grocery store aisle of Glade had opened all at once. It gave me a headache and I could not finish one drink or any food, I just had to get out of there!
Tameka and the valet staff was phenomenal! 10/10! Definitely would stay here again! Break fast 10/10 ! Drinks 10/10! Cleanliness 10/10! Rooms are huge! Lightening in rooms are 10/10! I can’t wait to return!
Arrived after a long flight only to learn that due to a "system error" our reservation was lost and the hotel was fully booked. System had been down for hours and we were never contacted about the issue. Would not book here again.
Staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful!! We went for a friends birthday, and the hotel was amazing! Very clean and absolutely beautiful! Close to everything around town. Will definitely be staying here every time we come back!
