The staff here was fantastic. The young lady that checked me in was super friendly. The next morning my rental car would not start, and another young lady at the front desk said that she had jumper cables, and would meet me at my car. Two minutes later, in the cold and the rain, she pulled up along with the maintenance man to help me with my issue. They went above and beyond. Two thumbs up to them.

Hotel's Favourite
Excellent service and value as we hosted 48 people at a wedding reception that included food and drink. Also booked some rooms for out of town guests. Everything was perfect as the entire hotel staff was welcoming and made us feel special... The entire staff did a first class job and the hotel rooms/suites were excellent and reasonably priced!

We have loved staying here over the years because of the location and they have two bedroom suites; however, this hotel sorely needs updating. The furnishings are very worn out…marks on the furniture, thread bare sofas etc. The carpet in the rooms seems unclean and on the carpets in the hallways, you will see what looks like bleached out spots. Before Covid, I thought they were beginning to do some updates, and there was more attention to details from the breakfast to the accommodations. But, maybe plans to remodel have changed. I don’t want to be too critical, but it seriously needs some work. Next time we visit, I will look to see what else is available in the area.

Hotel’s name is Hilton Parc Airport, and advertised free airport shuttle. Arrived at airport and only reason we chose this location, and learned no shuttle. Breakfast was mediocre. Front desk clerk very insensitive and lacked tact as we had three rooms reserved to attend my brother’s funeral. Front desk clerk said no parties. Explained why we were there, she just giggled and said glad no parties.

Was travelling for work to Houston. Wanted to stay in IAH airport as had a really early morning flight. The moment I walked in it smelt like poor customer service. Front desk was unhelpful and not impressive at all. Checked-in early with Hilton app. Was assigned the room but when I checked in to guest service they say the room number is not valid. We will move you to a different room. Well Hilton probably should not be having Mobile Check In or the hotel does not know or did not care what room you chose as a customer. Overall I felt that the hotel doe not care for its customers.

Clean, practical, good location, good price. A bit dated. GooD breakfasts available w help in mornings. Helpful desk. Honors member to ask at desk for complimentary water. Nice map of area happenings. We had a suite. Clean/ dated/ you need to ask for daily room refresh.

I loved the suite and breakfast. My only complaint was that as I was walking down the hall, dogs in 3 different rooms started barking. I couldn't help but wonder if dogs had been in the room that I occupied since my son is horribly allergic to dogs.

Nasty Linens, hole on wall where a mirror use to be, nasty furniture, flooring. Elevators out of service. Grills didn’t work by pool. Iron did not work. Actually had a bath tub but no stopper. Old shower curtain. The worst part is there is no house cleaning. No clean towels for four days and no trash removal the entire 4 day stay. Trash piled up in the trash cans by the elevator. Front desk personnel were rude. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and this location does not come close to Hilton’s standards that I am use too. The only positive note I have would be the ladies providing breakfast and the Wednesday night social. They tried hard to make everything the best they could and were very pleasant. The competition is just a block up the road and is much nicer.

Missing mirrors, peeling paint, no lamps, tripped circuits...room seemed more akin to a cheaper brand. The room was in rough shape for the cost and the Hilton brand. Otherwise, the experience was OK. Request a remodeled room. Breakfast was the high-point, very good.

This is a nice an reasonably new or renovated place. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. There are a couple of issues to be aware of: (1) bar soap has not been available in the rooms since Oct. 2021. You should plan on bringing your own, making a run to a store or use shampoo, (2) several exit doors do not permit re-entry - this seems to be a work in progress, and (3) wifi connectivity is not available in the rooms distant from the lobby.
