This hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. The shower heads are a little low, but over all it was a good room for the money. I would definitely stay there again. There are a lot of choices for dinner very close to the property.

Stayed one night so that I would be close to medical plaza for a 6:30 am appointment/procedure 4 minutes away close to Memorial Hermann Hospital.. This hotel is in the Galleria area, close to shopping & dining.as well. Large breakfast selection, included scrambled eggs & sausage served 6 - 9 am which made it nice to eat before my morning appointment. Pool facing room - a/c kept cool but never seemed to get cold, but maybe just me. Husband seemed comfortable at temp.

Diabetic here..insulin is not optional. Fridge was filled with water in the bottom, as well as a huge bag filled with old cooked crawfish and flat bread, whole room smelled terrible. Staff said they could give another room but not get refunded for price difference. Jacuzzi...pretty old..and very hard to get in and out, not well thought out. Tv in bedroom, remote didn't work. When jacuzzi was on, couldn't have a conversation it was loud. Bed was rock hard, walls very very very thin, it was embarrassing we could hear what might have been a honeymoon..so yeah....I don't recommend. Oh...if you like dozens of strip clubs, bars, and jewelry stores, and people talking to sign posts then this IS your dream.

I do apologize that housekeeping missed an item in your fridge. That is unacceptable and will be addressed. It sounds like the fridge was unplugged and that did not help. We have never had a complaint about our spa so I am sad to hear that everything seemed to be an issue for you as a whole. This is not the usual experience for our guests. Again, my sincere apologies.

Bad for breathing musty moldy air in the room. No way to just cover this with perfumes. Congested me. Grey sausage and watery eggs for tasteless breakfast. I have never written a bad review like this before.

I apologize that you were not satisfied during your stay. As you see from other reviews, this is not the usual experience for our guests. We take pride in taking care of our customers. We did not find a mold issue in your room. However, I do wish that were you uncomfortable for any reason, you would have reached out to the staff directly and we could have found you a different room. We never want our guests to feel unsatisfied. My apologies again and safe travels!!

I usually stay at this BW when I am staying in the Galleria area. It's reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is good and has been well stocked the times I've stayed there.

The staff lives to serve. Just so accommodating. Need extra towels or blankets? Just ask the front desk. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The beds are very comfortable. This is our go-to hotel any time we visit family in Houston.

We've been staying in this hotel for almost 3 weeks. Hotel stuff are so helpful and genial. Especially Katie who is responsibble for the breakfast is so smiling and hospitable. She deserve much better position in the hotel. We thing hotel meneger is doing her job by love and the result is wonderful. Thanks to hotel.

The hotel provides the ambience of a home away from home. I enjoyed the quality of staff engagements and serviceability. The breakfast was great all the time. The internet was stable while I enjoyed the swimming pool the most.
