The room was ok, clean, good quality of the sheets. The hotel has a van service, that has many restrictions to drive you where you want to go. For example, forget going to Galleria with this service. The taxi charge you 20 USD for going to this mall. I asked for a late check you, almost begging them. It was...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia. Loved the design and amenities. Breakfast service was convenient, kids loved the nightly cookies, location was convenient to Astros and other venues outside of downtown. Internet was easy to use. Only slight negative was the room service was a little slow.....about 1 hour to deliver, but when it arrived, order was correct,...

Great location, comfy rooms, easy to upgrade to suite. Mini happy hour (2 drink minimum), but accomodating if you are a little over the time it ends. Complimentary breakfast. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and it's high on the recommendation list.

If you're in town for business in downtown Houston, the Magnolia is great, The rooms have plenty of outlets for working, the beds are extremely comfortable and the service is great. The roof top fitness center is also very nice.

Complimentary happy hour and cookie time, need I say more. And it's really free, (2 drinks per person, choose between red/white wine or miller lite, and cookie time with...

Positives - room a nice size, complimentary town car to anywhere downtown Negatives - The furniture in the hallway on the 14th floor is filthy, the breakfast area...

This hotel rocks in service and attention to detail. The staff always puts the customer first, From the bell man to the maid, it just doesn't get any better. Location is the best downtown has to offer.

The view from the roof top is amazing. Breakfast was good and the milk and cookies was a special treat for a late night snack. 10 stars for the valet. I loved this hotel!!!
