I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is really helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. There's free wireless high speed internet in the rooms (at least in mine, on the 7th floor). I would definitely choose the Magnolia again.

Room was nice good value. Service at the restaruant was poor. Servicers made it clear we were an imposition on their laziness and would rather be doing anything else. Stay here but eat elsewhere.

We picked Magnolia to stay during the Olympic marathon trials & the Houston marathon. It was a great location- about 6-8 blocks from start line and convention, 2-3 blocks from great bars and great food. We were close to all the events but far enough away from all the crowds. We had fun hanging out for a glass of wine...

Being there on business, attending an Exec education program. Comfortable room and meeting facilities. Breakfast is kinda to-go, I was expecting something better. Overall food and beverages are standard, below from my expectations but acceptable. Service is ok, Front desk team is more attentive than the rest. Location is good, however downtown Houston has little to offer.

Spent the weekend of 01/06 in Houston at the Magnolia hotel. Stayed previously at the Icon. It was bought by Marriott and I prefer smaller companies. The magnolia is fresh, a bit modern yet homey. Our room 1818 was large with a king bed, a sofa, chair and 42 flat screen. It also had a cooking area and separate dressing...

This was our first time to stay at the Magnolia. Great location for downtown area. All the staff were very nice and accommodating to every request. The valet parking may seem a little pricey, but worth it. The room was very large with great water pressure in shower. We stayed on the 21st floor and it was very quiet. An...
