Nice hotel and a great location. I gave it four stars because of parking. There was no parking available when we arrived so we had to park in another parking lot down the street. But besides that it was a very nice stay.

They happily accommodated every request that I had with no problem. Something that is surprisingly hard to find in most hotels. The staff were friendly, especially Cedric and Isreael who were a joy to be around and always smiling. I can easily say that I am happy to be a repeat customer.

I stay at Club Quarters when traveling for business in downtown Houston. I think the staff is always kind and welcoming. This is an old hotel yet it has recently done some more updates to the lobby area. I love the idea of the snacks both morning and early evening that are available to the guests. And refill of constant... More

The hotel is centrally located for downtown. you can walk most places. The lobby is quite attractive and inviting but misleading for the rest of the property. The hotel room was kind of shabby and I didn't feel like it was clean. I think the guest rooms probably need a face lift. The gym was clean and decent machines.

Regardless of how small the rooms are (yes, they are small, but you get over it), CQ has character and I love staying here for business (twice now) for multiple reasons. Check In/Out/Service: Sometimes check in/out can be a little slow, but the folks at the front desk are nice and very attentive. The doormen are even nicer. This location... More

Overall the hotel is a place I would recommend. However, the 2 room suite did not have 2 bathrooms like their website states. When I inquired about this, they said they don't have any suites with 2 bathrooms. Also, rooms are very small. Bathroom is very small...but clean and neat. What's great is the free filtered water right outside your... More

Very easy check in. Fast and efficient valet. Our third stay and we rented a larger room. Ended up in a corner room 722. Very nice, clean and ample sized room. Check out at the kiosk was very easy. A few blocks from Jones Hall, downtown bar scene and a brisk walk to Minute Maid Park or George R. Brown... More

You want big go somewhere else. It's not like every review in here doesn't say "it's small". You probably paid under $150... More

“I'm unsure if the Bistro is part of the Hotel, but I wasn't impressed. I bought 3 breakfasts and the price was different each time, coffee was cold, served meals before cutlery, women served bottles of beer followed by glasses. The waiter knocked over a bottle of beer onto a chair and the floor, which took approx 7 mins before it was partly mopped, then the slippage sign went up, however a woman picked that table and sat on the beer soaked seat. Tables were dirty, service slow, but the food was good and reasonable priced”
