Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Galleria in Houston. It's a great property with perfect location, seconds away from a shopping mall, nice restaurants and places to relax - whatever your heart desire. Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We also used one of the conference rooms and it was equipped with everything needed for a productive business meeting. Definitely will check in again if my plans take me to Houston.

Fantastic Hotel! Nice Lobby, Starbucks in Lobby, the room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was great and valet was very accommodating. Galleria is literally across the street. Five Star!

Very nice and walking distance from the Galleria Mall. Staff were excellent! The bartender was funny. Food was good. I was the only one out of my group that stayed in this hotel and my friends were jealous. It was a very nice stay. My only complaint is the $42 valet fee for 1night, the entire weekend maybe I could understand, but for 1 night that seemed excessive. But I would most definitely be returning!

Comfortable and clean hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was EXCELLENT. Very friendly and helpful. Had a salad at the lobby food counter and it was delicious (spinach with strawberries, pecans and a lovely honey vinaigrette). Was there for meetings and the breakfast sand lunches were also good, as were the meeting rooms. I saw the pool - beautiful! - but didn't have a chance to use it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston.

Room is neat and clean. Beddings are good and cozy. Great location just walking distance from galleria mall. They only have ballet parking for $40/day. Id you will spend five nights an additional of $200 for your stay and for this is too much.

This is a beautiful hotel with a very courteous, helpful staff. It has a beautiful pool and fitness center. I would have given the hotel five stars however, they have a mini fridge in the room but, no microwave! Very inconvenient for your guests!

The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the atmosphere of the staff was pleasant. The bar had really great drinks that were tasty and the cafe bar had really nice coffee and food! The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but it was ok.

My room was exceptionally clean and cleaned everyday. The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. I used the pool morning and evening - it was very clean with soft beach towels provided.

Having stayed at several hotels in the Galleria area, this is by far the best I’ve stayed in and will definitely return. It’s bright, fresh, modern and in the year 2023, with clean tiled bathrooms, walk in showers and modern furniture. Great staff and simply ticked all the boxes for me. Don’t hesitate to book.
