Clean and quiet Holiday Inn Express - it has free parking (nice, especially this close to Medical Center, where parking at the hospitals is pricey. I only had a 1-night stay, but the standard room I had has a microwave and small refrigerator, which is nice if you have a longer stay. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from the elevator - I was fine with my room, but even just riding the elevator, the button/floor dings are the loudest I've ever heard! Also,the Tripadvisor profile info for this hotel is incorrect - this hotel is not pet friendly (other than service animals).

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in from check-in to check-out. The young gentleman at check-in was so efficient & friendly. The bedding, pillows & mattresses were amazing. Breakfast was outstanding with a great selection to choose from. The housekeeping staff we encountered greeted us with friendly smiles. We will be coming back to medical center in a few months & we will stay here again.

Well maintained hotel, clean room and great temperature controls. The breakfast was the standard kind, but satisfactory. The room was relatively small, but had a small microwave and a small refrigerator. We only spent one night but were OK with what we experienced. The location is good, with many restaurants in the area, the campus of Rice College and a very nice big park within 5-10 minutes driving. If one is in Houston for treatment at one of the many well known hospitals, this is a good place to stay.

This was a nearly perfect stay during our recent trip to Houston. We were there for a medical procedure. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially the shuttle driver. The breakfast was very good with numerous choices available. The dining area large spacious and clean. The coffee and tea station throughout the day was a nice touch. The only recommendation I would make about this property is to run the shuttle longer hours. We have stayed at a different hotel in the area and they did run a shuttle longer hours which is helpful for people that need this for medical appointments. The last shuttle was at first shuttle was at 7:15 and last was at 2:15. Appointments at the medical facility can start early and run later. The competing hotel runs until 8 at night which we needed one day. Please consider extending the hours of the shuttle. Other than that the hotel literally needed no improvement at all. This hotel is new, and in a great location to several hospitals. Great price point for this area. Excellent staff. Great breakfast that comes with the room. Our room was very quiet and in perfect order. Very good management. Good, free parking. We look forward to returning to this hotel.

Stayed in October of 2021 for a football game at nearby stadium. Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. After two months I called regarding two nice items left in the room and they confirmed they had them! How refreshing to see such honesty and diligence! I will be staying there for every trip to Houston.

So been staying in holiday inn express for several years , but now there is no local phone number on web site to call to inquire about coming in. I go to hotel at 12:15 and am told earlier check in is $25 00 extra or can wait until 1:00PM , been staying there due to wife’s Cancer treatments, but I’m sure coporate has found new income stream. The hotel is new, it is alwathe hotel is in excellent condition, very nicely decorated, the lobby is cozy and the rooms are spacious. Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave so it is ideal for having breakfast or dinner there. It is in the area of the hospitals so if you do not go to one I suggest you look for a hotel in another area

Everything was wonderful about this hotel. Even the manager was friendly. The room was perfect. All was good until i went down for breakfast in the morning. It was nasty! I know this is supposed to be because of covid but you could do better! There is no reason why there couldn't be most of the foods that were there before. Having the nasty egg sandwich is horrible. I will never be back! Im sorry i got a ihg membership. I was told this was because of ihg. Sounds like you don't care about the people that stay at your hotels!

This is a nice property with a convenient location. The room renovations are also well done and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are two issues that concerned me. 1) The staff is not enforcing the posted and stated rules concerning masking and social distancing. There were more unmasked people roaming the property than masked people. 2) Breakfast was pretty limited- Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and Cinnamon rolls, coffee and juices. The breakfast limitations are clearly COVID related so I can accept that. I'd visit again due to location.
