I was required to pay a deposit upon check-in which on the website it stated that a deposit was not required. On my bill, I was being charged for valet and self parking. Was being charged twice for the room. Will not stay there again.More

Very nice hotel, room was very clean, hotel located away from traffic areas. Big issues Customer service is lacking greatly, the pool area had lots of cups and litter around it with missing towels after swimming, not a welcoming place.More

Thank you for your inquiry. NGR stadium is about 10 miles or 20 minutes from the hotel. However, we recommend to take additional time in case of traffic or home games in the stadium. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Thank you for getting in touch. In case the hotel should lose power for any reason we do have a back up generator which will keep essential functions working throughout the hotel until power can be restored.
