Beau Rive, along with Mark Steele - a consummate owner/host - is as wonderful as it has been every year that we visit! This time, we did absolutely nothing but wallow in the luxury of Mark's incredible warmth and generosity. We read by the pool and in the library, occasionally dipped in the pool and had the most wonderful meals...

If you are planning to visit Dominica you should certainly consider staying here for an authentic Caribbean experience. The owner, Mark, makes guest feel immediately at home in the hotel he designed and runs. There are many descriptive and positive reviews of the property here and they are all accurate in our experience. I’ll just summarise by saying that the...

Last week we stayed at Beau Rive again. And just like our first time many years ago, we enjoyed it tremendously. It is the perfect hotel to relax after having being very busy for some time. The diner we enjoyed is worth a detour, by the Michelin Guide standard. In our experience over the years, there is certainly no better...

Beau Rive is a very special place and not like your normal hotel experience at all, it is a very intimate and personal service that the owner Mark provides. We arrived a day earlier that he was expecting us, but the staff quickly prepared a room for us and was not a problem (apologies again!). The food was the best...

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending six nights at Beau Rive in February and I must say this was the favorite part of our holiday spent in the Caribbean we wished we had stayed longer! Mark is a wonderful host that went to the trouble of planning each of our days perfectly for us. He provided maps...

Everything was taken care of. The breakfast was light but just enough. The meals in the evening were unbelievable. Even if it was not something I would normally order it was top notch! Mark and his staff took care of every need. Also, mark was very knowledgeable about things to do and other places to eat! Would definitely stay here...

Beau Rive is set high above a beautiful bay where one is lulled to sleep by the distant crashing of the waves far below. It is beautifull designed, and both our room and the communal rooms were large, airy and functionally perfect. The food is consistently excellent. Mark works tirelessly to ensure that his guests enjoy their stay. Everyone gets...

Perched above the calming waves of the Atlantic, and surround by an enchanting landscape of lush vegetation, Beau Rive is a serene escape from the frantic pace of the world. In the rooms, eyes follow the grain of the magnificent wood floors through the french doors to the balconies, where the stunning view suspends you in a moment of timeless...

A simple sign points off the main road just outside the charming village of Castle Bruce and into Beau Rive. A view from high atop a hillside of a charming bay carved out by the Atlantic Ocean stuns upon entry to the premises. Colorful landscaped grounds hug the classically designed accommodations and gentle Caribbean breezes escort you into the main...

I can not recommend Beau Rive enough.. It was a wonderful experience.. We could have stayed for weeks.. Thank you Mark for serving the best food we ate whilst in Dominica.. Everything was homemade... Dinners were divine, we loved them all.. And the lime curd with breakfast was to die for.. It was so relaxing drinking G&T's it felt as...
