New hotel but apparently management or owners are not ready to serve their guest. Staff was great at check in and room was ok but I was assigned a handicap room and told it was only room available on requested floor. I would guess there was less than 20 guest in the hotel and I noticed only one other guest on my floor but no other rooms available? Breakfast was a total joke. I noticed 6 bagels and one plastic container with cereal. Cold sausage and no eggs? There were 3 staff members present all talking with each other, one sitting on the desk. When I ask about availability of breakfast items I received blank stares. Elevators made strange squeaking noises and random trash was on floor in front of the elevators the entire stay. I'm diamond with Hilton and this may be the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in.

I booked through a booking app and check-in was fairly quick. We stayed in room 310, an accessible room, which meant the bathtub had a second nozzle that I could hold in my hand to wash my daughter’s hair. Upon entering our room, I noticed that the toilet had not been cleaned. There were fluids on the rim that didn’t really look like urine, and a hair on the seat (see pictures). I went downstairs and was given a bottle of cleaning solution and a rag. Other than that, the room seemed clean, but the construction, which was recent, seemed a little shoddy, so it probably won’t be long before it gets run down. Another oddity was there was a place for a refrigerator, but no refrigerator. There was a note in the bathroom about free items, and I asked for a comb. I was told the hotel was not giving out any personal items due to COVID. That’s crazy. Covid is a respiratory illness, and I don’t have to wear a mask and can eat a continental breakfast buffet, but can’t have a one person comb. Just be honest or don’t offer a reason. Speaking of breakfast, it was pretty good except for the hair in the waffle batter. Lisa was an amazing hostess. Checkout was a struggle as I was held up because the person didn’t know why a charge was still showing on my stay and the person who did know was on the phone and couldn’t be interrupted, but apparently my trip could be. If turned out to be fine once the person who knew what was going on came out of the office about 25 minutes later.

Hotel is clean and brand It was clean and quiet. Everything was new. Noisy elevator though. Not sure why it squeaks and squeals when you are in it. Amenities missing… no water bottles for members. I was offered to purchase some but even then, there wasn’t any for sale. They were really out. Staff was friendly. new. Located very near a Cracker Barrel restaurant.

Trash and debris on room floor. Very obvious it had not been vacuumed. Front desk very unconcerned when reported. New location and the facility is nice. Convenient access from Highway. Definitely not up to the standards of a Hilton brand

I booked this hotel about 20 minutes before arriving. I had no idea when I booked it that it was brand new. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was well lit since we arrive around midnight. Check in was quick and the girl that checked us in was extremely professional and courteous. She knew we were tired and tried to hurry for us. Our room was beautiful and very modern. Everything was in perfect working order. The TV was huge and I love the cool white lights in the room. They were so bright. The beds were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. Breakfast was way above average for a hotel. Lots of options but the chocolate chip waffles were amazing. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation.
