I loved the room, it was very clean and for the most part very up to date. The kitchen was nice and the bed amazing. Sadly the little store they have at the lobby was limited to just a few things when I went, but we just went to the Walmart a couple blocks away and got drinks and snakes....

My mother in law, daughter, and I got here to find the deadbolt on our door would not lock. They immediately sent maintenance to our room. Tramaine showed up with a smile and worked on our door. He was unable to fix it so he went yo front desk and arranged a new room and came back to help us...

To start off with we stayed here a couple of years ago for business. It was full of construction workers due to a large building project in the area, but we usually stay at Marriott properties so we went ahead and stayed. Towards the end of our stay there was actually a fight in the parking lot that involved the...

Multiple concerns with this property. Does not appear as advertised on Marriott site. Of significant concern upon arrival were the unshoveled and very icy sidewalks making the unloading of the car treacherous. Room was cold (58 degrees) upon entering. Assumed fireplace was gas operated but discovered it required wood but no mention was made of this prior, or upon check-in,...

Somebody else called this Residence Inn "average and tired." I have to agree. The hotel meets the minimum standards of the chain, but it needs work. The property is simply dog-eared. The only major complaint I had was that there was not enough hot water in the room to take a bath. I tried to fill the bathtub on the...

Its convenient. We stay here twice/year, but lets face it: its average and tired. The rooms are dated, the pool wasn't filled, the landscaping contractors spent more time smoking, gabbing and playing with their phones than working. The best thing it has going for it is the gym you get a free pass to use, which itself is now average...

I reserved my room at the Residence Inn Lubbick inn December for a stay in September knowing that parent's weekend would be crowded and 8 pm the night before my stay they canceled my reservation and said I had to find alternate arrangements costing me 4 times as much since it was last minute. I am not sure what confirmed...

Very tired property, keys didn't work so had to go back to office, also no hot water in shower this morning. Not what you would expect from a Marriott property for sure. I would not recommend this property, too many others to choose from in Lubbock.

Have stayed here twice now as it is a convenient way station on a trip we take frequently. The room is comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly. It is also across the parking lot from a steakhouse. How nice to have driven 9 hours and be able to walk to dinner!

While an older hotel, it provided me with peace and quiet to enjoy my time away from home. Has all the regular amenities that you expect at hotels today. Good breakfast, nice snack shop if you need something quick.
