If you are looking for cleanliness and having functional TV, sink, shower, then don’t waste your time and just keep driving. Even if you have to go an additional 5 hours. JUST SAY NO. The shower was full of mildew. The sink didn’t drain. There was trash left in the room. Old key cards were left. Just keep driving and don’t look back
This was not the quality hotel we thought a Days Inn & Suites or Wyndham would be. The room was not clean, as food was on floor and bathroom sink counter was not wiped down. For the price, we still were disappointed!
When we went to go to our room, without putting the key in the door my son opened the door. as we walked in the door, the room smelled musty. we were spening time with family in the area so at that point we closed the door and went to meet with family in another local hotel. While we were out, we got some room air freshner. After we returned to turn in for the night, (air freshner in hand), I went to pull the sheets back on the bed and there was a black curly hair on the sheet. I have grey hair....and i hadn't been on the bed yet. As you walk across the floor, it is uneven, between the bathroom floor and the room you could see a gap in the flooring. The side tables and the dresser looked to be 20 years old at least. One of the side tables the drawer was crooked. I expected much more from this hotel. i have stayed at other days inn locations and they look like a 5 star hotel compared to this location.…
I was shocked to find out the price the motel charged, when my son and his roommates (college students) lost water during the arctic freeze...shameful! I requested that the general manager contact me about it, but she never did! Very poor management.
The beds were comfortable, and the staff was nice. No breakfast like they claimed to offer. The room could have been cleaner, but they did have coffee and a coffee maker in the room( we had to clean it though). It was okay but not worth the price we paid. It had a pool but it stayed locked. If you are looking for a realy good hotel this is not the place. It is tolerable and $30 overpriced.
