After staying on the opposite side of Flores (in the Ramada), I can now say with authority that the Casazul is in a MUCH more desirable location if you want to have a good nights sleep!! The staff was also friendly and had restaurant suggestions and helped me book my Tikal tour. I stayed on the 3rd floor facing the...

Basic, but clean hotel with a great location on the top of Flores with a nice view of the lake and sunset. Room was fairly basic with a slightly noisy aircondition, but clean and free water available near reception. Free WIFI Perfect for a night before or after Tikal.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was okay! But we didn't feel that we got value for our money. The bed was fine and we had a beautiful view over the lake. But our room was very dark the shower didn't work that well and the A/C was very loud.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights and found it to be a very nice place to stay. If possible, get one of the rooms on the lake side (we had 1st floor). The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel has an arrangement with two other hotels to be able to use their swimming pools....

I stayed in a three bed room with 2 friends. Our balcony gave an amazing view over the lake and the rooftop terrace was even better. Staff here is very friendly and helpful if u need information about transport or trips to Tikal. Another plus: they let u use the pool of two other hotels in town!!

Good centrally located hotel in Flores for a one night stay. Nice room with a great shared balcony overlooking the water. Helpful and friendly staff who were also able to organise transport the next day to the airport.

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Casazul to relax/regroup after 2 days/1 night at Tikal. Obviously this is not a 5 Star hotel but it is excellent for what it is, a small, comfortable hotel on a lovely island. The really good: Location--the hotel is located in the northwest corner of the island and only the malecon road lies...

Great clean comfortable rooms. Amazing sunset views. Great balcony to welcome the sunset. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is included, but it is at the sister hotel. Which was absolutely delicious. 303 is larger than 304 :)

Stayed here in March & April. Rooms comfy and clean. Nothing fancy but the lake view was very pretty. Staff friendly and helpful, no English spoken. Good price on the beverages in the hotel lobby cooler.
