From the Entrance of the Hotel till the Exit, Everyone was so Nice and the service was super. The Dinning area was excellent, the included boat trip to the island with spider monkeys was like paradise. The room / beds were so comfortable. I would stay there again on my next trip!

We enjoyed our short stay in this friendly hotel, with a large room overlooking the lake. There was a big relaxing room adjoining, with a jacuzzi which could have held 4 people. Food was good, despite some language problems. Our highlight was the morning boat trip to see the monkeys being fed on a little island sanctuary.

Stayed three nights in a fabulous resort, beautiful very private individual rooms on a lake. Great service, comp.drink on arrival, good food and a very relaxing environment. Took the tour of monkey island and it was a ball. The second day we traveled to Tikal for a nice new van ride with a super private guide supplied by the hotel....

Pretty much the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I want to go back to Guatemala just to stay here again. Service was incredible, the room finishes to die for. Yes it's expensive but worth EVERY penny. I just wish they'd told us when we checked in that breakfast was included in our room rate as I would've made more...

This Hotel strives to give its guests that personalized service we all want, when you get there they are already waiting for you with cocktails and a cold towel, they ask if they can help with your things and they show you where your room is telling you how the hotel and their natural reserve were created and by whom,...

Beautiful, immaculate and so comfortable to stay after a day at Tikal. So glad we stayed here, great pool, great service - expensive food but so very good. Hotel takes you on a boat ride to see monkeys on the island.

I'll review from the start to finish: 1. Airport pick up was right on time and the driver was extremely informative and friendly 2. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with a cold beverage, key and wifi for our bungalow. 3. Room #4, where we stayed was perfect with a lovely view of the lagoon. 4. Breakfast- this could use...

We wrestled with where to stay for our two day trip to Peten, but I am sooo glad we picked Las Lagunas, as it was just incredible. The hotel is amazing, and the service is better than anywhere I have ever stayed, including places like the Greenbrier in WV or Llao Llao in Argentina. While there were probably 20 or...
