The bar and restaurant area is beautifully decorated. Dorms were nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink were quite expensive. There is a travel desk but you'd be better booking elsewhere as it was more expensive than other places and beware of the advice they give as well as it is often incorrect. We met some...

This isn't a hostel, it's a bar/restaurant with some rooms and a tour operator. There was no atmosphere, no communal area that wasn't just the restaurant and we couldn't afford to eat or drink there so we felt we were intruding. The staff weren't particularly welcoming or friendly - they were even weird about me paying for our stay, asking...

Food is pricey here. Git a boutique hotel vibe here. Accommodation price for dorm was good. Separate party room a plus as tours leave very early, great for sleeping. All staff are local, big plus in my eyes. Tour prices noticeably pricier than external operators. If returning I might check out alternatives.

We loved this hostel. Nice staff, beautiful decorations, great breakfast, awesome showers. The solution with having a sound-proof "night lounge" after 10 pm is great since lot of travelers get up very early to visit Tikal.

OMG! It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. My fiance and I got the best and biggest private room they had. The room had 3 beds in it which left no space in the room for anything else. The room smelled like chlorine and puke. The hostel doesnt provide blankets to cover yourself if you...

We stayed at this hostel for three nights and were very pleased with it. The room we got where very small, but enough. It was very hot in the nights even though it had a fan. It was actually colder outside the next morning. We didn't dare to open the window due to mosquitoes. So if they mind to put...

Not a place for a couple! small room, not very clean, weak and noisy air conditioner, no help with luggage and it is hard due to the stone floors in Flores. the room is located in a different building. The staff did not give us proper information about the tikal tour leaving us with not enough money and later when...

Great little social bar/area but you can visit this without staying. The food and dorms are overpriced. A lot of people moved when I was there to cheaper nicer dorms in other hostels and just went back in the evenings. Loved the kitchen/bar ladies - very friendly and welcoming. Avoid Mike the travel agent guy. Lied to my face about...

travelling through with friands This is a great, quirky little hostel. Plenty of places to chill out -would definitely recommend checking out the rope swing and sunset from the bridge. Easy to organise a tour to tikal and shuttles to the next destination. Nice bar and restaurant (a little pricey) but good vibe and a sound proof upstairs bar great...

Pros: -Lovely decor -Bar/restaurant closes at 10pm and moves to sound-proofed 'night lounge' which means a good night's sleep! -Solid bunks, good mattress and pillow. Each bed has light and power sockets. -Large lockers (probably big enough for 50/60litre bags) -Reliable wifi all over hostel -Huge food menu (great pizza, terrible pasta) -Some staff lovely and friendly, Mindy in particular!...
