Detailed Reviews
What a nice experience. We come on a family vacation to celebrate the anniversary of two children. A trip to Madrid and two days in the Warner park. Before going I reached out to the hotel to see if it would be possible to have some kind of cake in the breakfast to be able to sing happy birthday to the boys, as one of them was celebrating 5 years old on the last day on the hotel. Alejandro was the person from the Hotel who organized this and they not only brought the cake but also brought a gift for our little boy. The hotel is clean and easy to access. They have a lot of parking slots but is also very easy to park on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was very good if you think on everything that the hotel provides. There is a big shopping center near to hotel which make easy for shopping and eating and it is close enough to Madrid Warner Park. A great stay and I will be back for sure.

Hotel is very confusing where it is situated it is right behind the B P garage and not in view of the road it needs better signing we had a taxi and the taxi driver could not find it with a bit of searching we found the gate to get in just press the buzzer on the gate and it will open . When you do go into the hotel it is lovely . Staff on front of house very helpful and when we got to the rooms we were not let down comfy beds and pillows shower room very spacious and very clean well done cleaners . Breakfast is continental and a choice of 3 Menus . There is a bus service to madrid look for 521 on main road and it costs 2.60 Euros runs every 7-10 minutes just turn left out of the hotel to the top of road then turn right walk about 3 mins and you will see a bus shelter your side of the road but do not catch the bus there you catch it across the road on the other side it will take you straight to the bus station just outside madrid there is a shopping centre there and also the metro service which takes you into the center of madrid and other places . Hope this is of some use if anyone is going there madrid is a lovely place but is very busy .

Very good place for value to stay temporarily in visiting Madrid. CC TresAgua is within (10 min) walking distance, San Jose de Valderas is about 15 min walk to catch the local train to Cuatro Vientos then use the Madrid Metro otherwise by car, A5 is around the corner.

Due to a vehicle breakdown, ended up having to stay here for 2 nights. A lot of Ibis hotels have got really dirty and shabby lately, but this one is well run, clean, not shabby and the staff are just lovely. Nice shopping centre just up the road with lots of good shops and restaurants and a cinema. Tube into central Madrid only 2 or 3 euro's and 20 minutes. Good value for money.

I stayed at this hotel on Fri 30th & Sat 31st March on my way to the Costa del Sol. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was standard Ibis but comfortable. The receptionist on duty when I booked in Baptiste showed me where the disabled parking was. It could not have been more convenient. The restaurant was really good the food excellent and very good value for money. So too was the bar! So good that we decided to stay another day. We were told where to get the bus to the city centre and that it would drop us back outside at the front.
When we arrived back the Hotel was full of young people in groups who were all well behaved and the staff worked hard to ensure that all guests needs were attended to.
At breakfast the next morning the restaurant was full but tables were cleared quickly and effieciently and the buffet was kept well stocked.
The Hotel is situated on the edge of a Retail Park for Car Showrooms but dont let this put you off as it is so convenient for getting to the motorway or for Madrid centre.
We also stayed for one night on the way back to Calais for the shuttle. We needed to book further hotel stays on the way and Baptiste arranged it all for us. He even checked the rates were ok before he did. Great service Great staff.
Would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I've been at this hotel twice for the same reason ie I needed to stop in the middle of a long road trip. I arrived very late and without reservation. I was well attended and I could leave the car in the car park (no extra charge). One time I lost the card to enter the room and they gave me another without asking anything. I recommend this hotel for "road travelers"!

I wish, I could recommend the Ibis Madrid Alcorcón TresAguas, but it is just too far away from everything. It is possible to walk to Alcorcón Central Metro station and get in to central Madrid that way.
But it is a bit of a walk and personally I would much prefer to pay a bit more for a hotel in a better location.
The room itself was clean and very cheap, but also very basic. The hotel has a small bar and restaurant. The breakfast bar is not much to write home about, but you don't have much of an option as there is no other place to eat close to the hotel.
If you find yourself with no other option like we did, feel free to download directions to the Ibis Alcorcón TresAguas from my travel blog ( http://www.thecooler.info/travel/212.html )
But let me repeat, I really would not recommend staying there.

I was in Alcorcon for a business trip. And only for a few days. So for my, this hotel was OK. But if you choose this hotel to visit the Center of Madrid, I think that there are better options.
The room itself is not too bad. The menu doesn't have much choice. But when staying in this hotel for several days, you can go to the Tresaguas shopping center, about 1 km away from this hotel. This shopping center has about 10 different restaurants.

The hotel offers a better value for the money than the discount Etap for those who drive to Madrid, as it offers free parking. The rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The staff are friendly and efficient, and speak more than reasonable English. The breakfast is good and reasonably priced at EUR 6.50. Good quality, full Internet access can be had for EUR 5 for 24 hours.
The area is a bit industrial (countless car dealers surround the hotel) but it offers excellent access to downtown Madrid. Indeed, the suburban train stop is at less than 10 minutes walking distance (the San Jose de Valderas stop which is actually closer than the Alcorcon stop) and the said train gets you into the heart of Madrid in about 20 minutes with no changeover (don't take the subway as it is only marginally cheaper and requires at least three changeovers). You also get a supermarket within walking distance if you feel like it (near the train stop).
Overall, we found the hotel an outstanding value for money for budget-minded drivers visiting Madrid (if we did not arrive by car we would have probably tried Etap instead). Will not hesitate to book again if we are around.
