We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in January. The hotel is very clean, quite cosy and the staff is very helpful they guide you really well about Madrid. Cleanliness 5/5, Staff 5/5, Wifi 4/5, Food 2/5. We had a lot of fun! Loved our stay, will visit again!:)

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to mall and restaurants. Also close to public transportation. BEDS are Rock hard. I woke up sore the first morning. The next night I just slept on the couch. Also $20 deposit to use iron that was a first.

Hotel far from Madrid, but very good if you want to sleep outside the city and have a car. Rooms with American comfort, spacious beds and good air conditioning. Very complete breakfast. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Daniel who gave us support at check-in and breakfast.

Inexpensive alternative to Madrid yet very close. We stayed overnight and called ahead to get a room on higher floor. It was comfortable and clean. There is a mall close by too. The on site restaurant stays open late per Madrids cool nights. The breakfast has cheeses, types of coffee, jamón and breads, croissants but no eggs. Oatmeal and yoghurt is available w fresh juices. A great value really!

We stayed in May 2011 & found the hotel good value - free parking & including breakfast. Beds extremely comfortable & serviced daily. Transport to Madrid was a choice of two trains to city centre. There was a major shopping centre within easy walking for a choice of evening meals and/or shopping. Our only complaint was the extreme difficulty in finding the correct flyover & correct exit to reach the hotel. We were driving a rental vehicle, on the other side of the road for us, & it took over 45 minutes to access the correct exit & then nearly missed the driveway - which would have meant doing the whole thing again. Even our GPS could not find the hotel. Please, could signage be made larger & more plentiful to enable finding the hotel.

30 min away from Parque Warner, not far from center, this hotel stays just in the right place.
Employees are great and will make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
It's the second time that i stay in this hotel, the best thing they upgraded was internet, free in all rooms and very fast... not in the years before.
So, thank you, once again for the pleasant stay.

Great value hotel and very, very helpful staff - especially Veronica and Gloria. Shopping centre and food hall 5 mins walk away. Restaurant next door. 7 mins walk to train station; 20 mins/$2 train ride to central Madrid.

We stayed for 10 days at this hotel - clean, quiet and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. You’re a bit far from the centre of the city.
If you have more time to take trains into the city and don’t mind going ‘up and down’ Steps, stairs and escalators, this will be fine. We averaged about 30-40 minutes by transit. We bought a 7 day Metro pass. If you only have a few days, pick a hotel closer to Centro. There’s very few shops or restaurants nearby here.

Room: Cleanliness average (bathroom smell), stayed in family room, sofa bed decently comfortable Breakfast: very basic, frequently ran out of items, no fresh fruit any of the 3 days we stayed Amenities: free parking, close to highway, but no noise. Only 15 min to Madrid. Service: Very nice staff. Helpful reception. Nearby: Coin laundry 10 min away, nearby mall has plenty of chain restaurants.

My friend and I took a short break from work. She lost her bag while we we're having our breakfast inside the hotel itself. You do not expect it because we are inside the vicinity of the hotel. That day schedule for a city tour instead we spent most of our time in the police station phoning different agencies as her passport and cards included in the bag. I do think that there is more than meets the eye on this place. Our only hope that the police should investigate this property even though were not there to follow up and check the CCTV if there is any or else more people will be a victim . Receptionist were ok but we did not meet the manager on this hotel although I did ask if their manager knows what was going on. We are just thankful that the passport was found but we have to collect it in the other end of Madrid police station somewhere near San Francisco. The 3 day passes that we have help us a lot though in terms of transportation.

Dear Gurgaon,
The nearest metro station is Alcorcón Central, only five minutes walking from the hotel.To the city center there is 15 km; taking the train only 20 minutes. There is a shoppping center near the hotel with supermarket and restaurants
Estimated guest, Madrid doesn,t have beach, the most nearest beach is in Valencia, 300 kms aproximatly from Madrid.
Our hotel doesn´t pool inside, but Alcorcon has 2 publics pool and are near.
Dear friend, I advise you not book this hotel as it is not recommended my experience.
On the other hand : if they have car to move not too far from the airport , but there are closest .
I recommend the holiday inn express leganes , better than alcorcon .
I hope I have served for help.
